About this apartment rental
Spectacular apartment located in a privileged position facing the sea with cruise ship views of Carihuela and Bajondillo beaches. It is a stone's throw away from the center of Torremolinos and the train and bus station of this locality. It is also close to Malaga airport, the Benalmadena Marina, and various golf courses.
The urbanization has landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a beauty salon, 24-hour concierge, a tennis court, parking, and direct access to Carihuela Beach and the Promenade where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.
The apartment has been recently renovated and has been designed to provide a comfortable stay for 4 people. All the materials used, as well as the furniture and appliances installed, are of high quality.
The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and high-speed internet connection. It has a spacious living room (double sofa bed, 47" TV, dining table for 4 people, among others), a bedroom (double bed with storage space and front sea view), a bathroom (shower with thermostatic faucet), a terrace (side table and two comfortable chairs from where you can contemplate a beautiful sunrise, with the possibility of integrating it into the living room thanks to its glass curtain enclosure -Lumon-), and a kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, etc.).
Additional equipment includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a safe. Satellite TV channels in different languages, ASTRA, HORBIT, and SKY DIGITAL UK (private) are also available.

Jose was an amazing host. Very friendly and accomodating. The location of this apartment couldn’t have been better for Torremolinos! Being right in the middle of the 8km stretch on the promenade gave us a great variety of restaurants and shops to see. We enjoyed the sunrise each and every morning. It was literally a 15 minute walk into town to the main grocery store. It was also a bonus to have the elevator right down to the beach area! The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved our comfortable stay and we will be back!

Best views ever, immaculate accommodation, clean modern bright, great air con, lovely comfy bed, close to beaches bars and restaurants, all in walking distance. Fabulous promenade … if you like paddle tennis there is a club 2km away … perfect, will def b back Only thing complex is very dated but so long as you can get past that … GO!

I think that because we paid £2000 for 9 days we expected more .
Apart from toilet rolls chocolate n water there were no larder products like salt pepper oil sugar . Cupboards were clear out each time I expect
Sun beds not aloud around the grass area . Pool is surrounded by grass . Massive stains on chair .. sofa bed uncomfortable. E tea charge of £150 for pur grandson o top of the £2000 stay was absolutely disgusting.
Toaster was a fire hazard ..
If you like lifts and stairs and taky beach holiday this is for you .
