The room was very nice and cozy, bed was really good. The balcony was great with table and chairs, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding! Healthy options, large variety of everything. Huge plus for the opportunity of borrowing bicycles for free. You get to see so much more with bikes than just walking. There is so much to see and do in Zell am See, and this accommodation is at an excellent location for everything. Free parking right in front of the building. Quiet rooms for sleeping.

Amazing property and Claudia is wonderful!

Wonderful quiet place with great view of the lake and mountains. The stop is a 2-minute walk from the guesthouse, and you can reach the center of Zell am See in 10 minutes. Also in 5 minutes you can reach the lake, where magnificent views during sunset. The room is large enough and spacious, with new and good furniture. The bathroom is also well equipped and clean. Claudia is very responsive and friendly, suggested where to have a dinner in the city and she was ready to help with any questions. The delicious homemade breakfasts every morning were also a big plus.

The only thing was that the ski room wasn't dry and warm enough, which meant that the boots didn't always dry overnight.

Claudia was an amazing host, the room was fantastic, great breakfast and location of the pension.

We arrived here exactly like two hikers who had been on a day trip to Kaprun. Very tired and not in the best condition. Claudia, the owner lady, ran up to us to show us the private space prepared for our car. Claudia is a fantastic lady! She welcomed us like two old friends, or rather two family members who just dropped by to visit her! Claudia had our room cooled down for our reception (we arrived in the summer heat). Plus, the pictures don't do justice to the fantastic care you get here. Everything is exactly thought out, everything is for the comfort of the guest, the service and communication is impeccable. This is true hospitality, this is true hospitality. The whole pension outside is very nice inside, you can see that it is not only owned by the owner, but also by a good owner. Everything is spotless, everything is clean. There is a stream running down one side of the house. The view is picturesque. The dining room has a wonderful snow-white and ornate furnace. The bed in each accommodation is of the utmost importance. We travel a lot, this bed was the best, decades in the past. It is also the most beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality. If we come here again, we will return. We recommend it to everyone.

We highly recommend this place to guests who like to look for mistakes. It will be a challenge for you, because you will not find any mistakes! :)

Pension Claudia Zell am See is a great hotel in a fantastic location, near the lake and in the a quiet part of city. A bed was very comfortable. There's free WIFI and ample parking space. Breakfasts were included in our rate, and they were very nourishing and satisfying. Bicycles were included in our rate, and we biked around the beautiful lake. The staff courteous and helpful.

There were no tea/ coffee maker in the room and no shampoo in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Cozy room, amazing breakfast, quiet at night, perfectly clean. Small room, but ut was refered. Perfect place for sleep and go.

Claudia is a wonderful host! I booked at very short notice due to a family emergency and I arrived exhausted and hungry. Claudia was so warm and welcoming and directed me to where I could get dinner. The room was beautiful, spotless and cozy, I felt right at home. Unfortunately I had to check out early due to having to return home earlier than expected. I had to leave some luggage there to be collected by a courier. Claudia was kind enough to store my luggage until the courier collected it. I would definitely stay at Pension Claudia again in the future and highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Zell am See! Thank you Claudia!

I liked everything

The owner was super nice. The room was nicely decorated, clean and it had everything we need. For breakfast, you could chose a variety of products.

claudia is a lovely host who welcomes you with a big smile- this make you feel at home immediately. the facility is nice and beds are very comfortable.

Lovely Pension with great view, bus station two minutes away, clean and tidy room plus Claudia is a great hostess, would definitely recommend!
