It was so bad that I decided to leave despite having paid, that js how bad this experience was. I will submit a claim.

The location.

Paid for a twin bed room, got a solo bed room. Paid more than the price shown on the property’s board. Manager refused any sort of commercial gesture. Bed was dirty and looked 100% like someone had already slept in it.

Nice central location but impersonal cold experience due to frontdesk.

Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was very pleasant. Nice service and good food. Tables and restaurant room nicely decorated. Breakfast is fine, fresh ingredients but modest variety. The organisation should though be improved: missing flat-plates (soup plates provided instead). The personal is kept very busy having to deal with way too many tables. A second person would be of help especially in the rush breakfast time.

Room (facing the backyard scaffoldings - work in progress still full price charged and 20% more then what stated in the tariff-tag in the room) was described as a comfort 20 square meters room - in reality 20 square meters were meant probably considering the bathroom. The whole experience was quite cramped.

poor, poor poor! Don’t waste your money staying here. Go to the Park Hotel up the road and enjoy your stay there instead

The owner or manager of this hotel did not show ounce of encouragement when we first arrived at the hotel. No welcome, nice to see you have arrived safely. we had asked for a safe and secure place to store our touring bikes and he just said go to the back of the hotel which was a car park cum building site. no garage or open store room to keep our bikes. He then very reluctantly came with me to the car park and unlocked a door to cellars. where we stored our bikes for the night. He then allocated a twin room instead of the double we had booked. He reluctantly changed our room for a double. we were so dissatisfied with this hotel that we couldn’t face having dinner there but went to The Park Hotel instead where we had a fabulous meal and warm welcome. we would not go back to this hotel if we were paid. Really atrocious service and he didn’t really care a fig whether we enjoyed our stay or not. we strongly recommend anyone not to stay at this hotel.

Hotel reception person was indifferent. Totally unhelpful and I felt as though this was perhaps because I was not afluent French speaker. Who knows! The hotel itself was fine but I had a real hassle attempting to book a table for dinner. I'd emailed the hotel well in advance requesting a table booking but I did not receive a reply. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Un accueil comme en famille, une douce chaleur dans les chambres (il faisait tellement froid dehors) , l’emplacement. La propreté de la salle de bain et le respect de l’écologie avec les distributeurs (très pratiques) de savon. Le départ à midi.

Il manquait une chaise dans les 2 chambres.

Ein schönes Wochenende

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt: Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und sehr bequemen Betten. Insgesamt war das gesamte Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt! Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist stimmig und das Essen war sehr gut und schön angerichtet! Hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, insbesondere aber unsere Bedienung im Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Solides Hotel

Das Zimmer entsprach der Darstellung bei booking.com, der Ausblick auf das Zentrum und die Umgebung war schön. Kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel. Es gab ein paar deutsche Fernsehprogramme.

Der WLAN Empfang war nicht sehr gut. Das anfänglich akzeptable Frühstück wurde im Laufe der Tage vom Angebot her schlechter und war sicher keine 15€ wert. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war schon recht klein. Das einlagige Toilettenpapier war nicht komfortabel. Insgesamt kein günstiger Aufenthalt während der Nebensaison.

L'hôtel est situé à coté des thermes. Il est bien décoré et propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont copieux et très bons.

Furieuse envie d'un nouveau séjour

Nous avions déjeuné dans cet hôtel il y a plusieurs années et nous en gardions un souvenir plutôt agréable. Mais là très bonne surprise , après un accueil un peu froid du patron semblant un peu absent , l'équipe s'est révélée particulièrement attentive , aimable , souriante et professionnelle. la vaste chambre lumineuse et confortable nous a définitivement rassurés , le diner qui a suivi était superbe comme le choix des vins proposés par la dame " maitre d' hôtel " Bref tout cela nous donne envie de revenir dans ce coquet village.

En dépit d'une réception sans chaleur rien à reprocher à cet établissement fort bien tenu et finalement chaleureux.

Très décevant, hôtel pas à la hauteur de sa catégorie affichée.

Robinet défectueux (se décroche et reste dans la main quand on l’active), moquette abîmée, pas de Clim ni même de frigo. Environnement bruyant et isolation phonique inexistante. Arrivée tardive, le personnel (directeur) peu avenant car semble avoir été réveillé à 22:45….

Kurromantik im Zentrum von Niederbronn les Bains

Wir reisen mit E-Bikes und Hund und alles hat gut geklappt, es steht ein kleiner Kellerraum für die Räder zur Verfügung und der Hund war willkommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal im Restaurant und dass Essen war auch sehr gut. Schönes Haus im Zentrum der Stadt, das aufgrund des Alters im Treppenhaus etwas beengt ist.

Superbe week-end de Pâques en Alsace

L’ emplacement en plein centre était très bien, avec une vue sur la place de l’hôtel de ville avec ses jets d’eau. Bon petit déjeuner. Lit très confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace. Restaurant avec une jolie carte et les conseils de Brigitte pour les vins en accord avec le choix des plats ont fait de ce séjour une merveilleuse découverte

Des chambres rénovées, mais il reste encore beaucoup à faire pour rendre le séjour agréable

La chambre était très propre, récemment rénovée.

L'accueil par le propriétaire est froid. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et on m'a donnée une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, donnant sur le rond-point du centre de la petite ville. Le bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bain est insupportable. La TV ne marche pas car il n'y a pas assez de réseau.

Parfait - Rien à redire

L'hôtel et le restaurant sont beaux, très bien décorés, entretenus et propres. L'ensemble du personnel (la dame à l'accueil, la dame de ménage et le serveur) est sympathique, souriant et professionnel, aux petits soins pour les clients. Le patron et la patronne sont serviables. L'établissement propose la pension complète de très bonne qualité pour un prix très raisonnable. Il y a un parking privé à l'arrière de l'établissement. La cure thermale se situe à 100 mètres. Je recommande vivement.
