Staff were fun and looked after us, the hotel is lovely and very busy with locals (that says a lot). Rooms were perfect, and we managed to park all our bikes right outside the hotel. Dinner was absolutely amazing and blew us away with what we got.

fully enjoyed the whole stay

the spa and facilities were excellent. restaurant was good. the breakfast was very good the staff were very attentive and continually kept the food plates topped up. it was so easy to walk into town.

the room was good but no air conditioning , we were unable to open the windows because of the road noise so the room was very warm.

Well, everything was super clean. Friendly staff.

In a SPA pay for the towel... Strange. The hammam during our 3 days stay it didn't work on 2. The room was nice, except the bathroom was ... How to say it nice ... Was renovated by someone who have no idea. Like sqare toilet with round seat, the shower wasn't nice, the taps were not attached.

Bed was extremely unconfortable, the mattress is beat up and should be changed asap. Bathroom was not very clean.

A nice enough hotel in a picturesque village and good value for money.

The wellness suite is extensive, with pool and sauna etc all very modern and well appointed, the staff working there were lovely. The hotel restaurant was also very good food-wise.

Rooms very small, no in-room fridge, reception closes at 9pm, though they advertise as English speaking not everyone on reception could speak English. We found some personal clothing items left in our room from a previous quest, which has to lead to questioning the cleaning standards. No glass(es) provided in the room other than plastic cups sealed in more plastic. There was an alcove that really could have done with a small reading lamp allowing the room to be 'split' into two zones if someone wanted to have a sleep while someone else sat up and read - that would make a lot nicer use of the space.

Not enough parking! The throw pillows on the beds were inadequate for a comfortable sleep! Invest in some proper pillows.

The wellness area was good

The room was very stuffy, no airconditioning (or a cooling alternative) in very hot weather, and very dated. The staff weren’t very friendly (don’t think anyone particularly liked working there), the breakfast (with almost an hour before it ended) was very limited, had no cheese, no possible vegetarian option (even 1 would have been good), one type of bread ..

Location near the park is convenient. Staff is competent. Breakfast was nice. There's a real key for the door lock.

WiFi was more like WiFi in the early 2000s. Not a lot of space to walk in the room. Desk was not practical. Swimming Pool opening times do not fit a late arrival and early departures. Mattress was bigger than the case of the bed.

The evening meal was very disappointing. Poor presentation and quality. The breakfast was also disappointing... Baguette only and mini croissants... While in bakery nearby a choice of wonderful bread and croissants.

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a good area and close to a lot of attractions.

Very basic breakfast - could be more tasty and delicious food be added. The hotel is not up to date, it feels a bit depressing and you are living in apartment of someone. no A/C in the rooms.

Simple but functional

Good location

Simple Wellness area but no bath towels, nor bath shoes, nor bath overdress. We did not perceive it as very attractive. The restaurant area is nice but the food is rather simple. We had 3 diners at this location but the quality did not reach any of the food we had in other restaurants nearby.

Als Wanderstartpunkt top- als SPA Hotel leider enttäuschend

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und die Lage top um in den Vogesen wandern zu gehen.

Leider bietet das hauseigene Restaurant nicht genügend Plätze wenn alle Gäste zu Abend essen wollen. Der SPA ist sehr klein und während meines Aufenthalts waren auch Kleinkinder ohne Badewindel dafür aber mit Rasseln uns Spielzeug anwesend. Das ist natürlich nicht wirklich erholsam gewesen.

Pas mal de choses à revoir

L’emplacement, le confort de la literie, le volume de la chambre, l’espace spa et piscine bien agencé mais surchargé

Chambre sans décoration et sans âme. Le manque d’équipements et d’attentions, le monde à l’espace spa piscine, ouvert au public extérieur à l’hôtel. Même pas une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à l’arrivée, résultat je vais en acheter une bouteille à l’accueil facturée au prix du restaurant soit 6€. Pas de bouilloire et de café dans la chambre. Pas de peignoir, de chaussons, ni même de serviette pour aller à l’espace spa. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Personnel pas désagréable mais aucun échange, même pas un bonjour le matin.

Absence de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre (bouilloire, eau, café,…) Mise à disposition payante des serviettes et peignoir pour accéder au SPA SPA vétuste, manque d’organisation dans l’établissement en général, pas de chauffage dans les salles de bains très froide……

Excellent séjour d'une seule nuit. Dommage !

POURQUOI ? Arrivés mardi vers 17h, la nuit tombe, il pleuviote. Garés tout près de l'hôtel, on est pressé ! A l'accueil, une jeune femme souriante nous reçoit et nous donne toutes les infos pour un séjour qu'elle nous souhaite agréable. C'est bon signe ! Nous avons une belle chambre calme au dernier étage qui donne sur le parc. Vite, on se prépare pour descendre par l'ascenseur à l'espace bien-être. TOP ! C'est très bien aménagé ! En 1 heure, on est revitalisé et prêt à assister à notre conférence à l'autre bout de la ville. De retour vers minuit, on apprécie le couchage bien moelleux. Le PDJ, servi dans une salle joliment décorée est très correct. Petit détail: le journal du jour est à notre disposition et nous prenons notre temps. Bravo au personnel de salle, discret, efficace et très classe. Vous comprenez maintenant POURQUOI on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! Encore merci.

les chambres son horrible et sale pas de lit double donc ma Copine ez tomber entre les deux lit pendant la nuit matériel dis fonctionnel pas de multi prise pour les brancher.. toilette mal lavée et poubelle non vidé

Alles insgesamt sehr gut.Auch wenn ich ein paar persönlich Sonder"interesden " benannt habe

Sehr gute Lage, ausserdem das Angebot Sauna machen zu können. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstück war okay, ein bisschen mehr Obst oder ein gesundes Müsli oder Brot wäre für mich persönlich sehr gut gewesen.

Die Bettdecke hat mir nachts einen Saunadurchgang " ermöglicht"

C'est pas du tout ça!

L'espace spa est sympa, le personnel est très sympathique. La cuisine du restaurant est au top, on a bien mangé.

La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos, j'ai refait le tour, aucune photo ne montre une cabine de douche... Insonorisation très mauvaise, on entends discuter les chambres d'a coté et le lit est très incorfortable, j'ai pas casiment fermé l'oeil de la nuit. Poussière sous les armoires avec une vielle paire de chaussette qui traine, salle de bain pas propre, cheveux et poussière dans les coins, moquette fatiguée bref rien à voir avec les belles photos montrées lors de la réservation.

Nous avons aimé le petit bar situé en bas de la rue de l'hôtel

Piscine trop petite et ne correspond pas aux photos niveau taille. Elle parait grande sur les photos mais très petite en réalité. Peu de transat autour . De l'extérieur tout le monde peut voir les gens a l'intérieur de la piscine. Les baisers vitrés ne sont pas opaque. Chambre très petite pour 4 personnes Lit inconfortable Impossible de réserver le repas pour le soir une fois arrivée sur place... Pas de place de parking de libre. Meme le parking derrière l'hôtel etait plein.

Le personnel est sympathique et c'est a 5 mn a pied du casino,il y'a des volets

Première chambre que nous avons eu sentait le tabac mais on a eu une autre chambre,le matelas pas du tout confortable,la douche débordait dans toute la salle de bain,le petit déjeuner servi de 7h a 9h30 donc pas de grasse matinée et le spa beaucoup trop petit nous avons dû poser nos affaires par terre.
