Loved the location but just needed a really comfy sofa or 2

Excellent location with great transport links into central Paris . Good size. Netflix was an unexpected bonus.

Really needed comfy sofas to relax in the evenings after long days sight seeing. The furniture was for style not comfort in the sitting room.

Nice spot but needs improvements.

Nice quiet spot and ground floor.

Lots of mold, no ventilation, no access to TV satellite or PayPer View, private bathroom has no toilet, was given the wrong code to access the key, hot water wasn’t dependable, some things need fixing, and it became very hot/humid in which the fans weren’t enough. Recommend installing air conditioning.

Find somewhere else

Location is close to few metro lines. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. The property is not on a busy street.

Dirty with ants and flies all over kitchen and laundry areas when we arrived. No Window nor air conditioning in the whole entire property. It was crazy hot in this place in the summer (felt like a sauna). The room is divided by glass walls and doors so you could hear every bit of sound in the apartment. No dryer in the property, so if you plan to do laundry during the stay, it is better to figure out how to dry them after. Range hood in the kitchen also doesn’t work, so expect to make the room even hotter when you cook and bake something. Most importantly there was no way to dispose garbage and we had garbage sitting in the kitchen for 5 days (which collects even more ants and flies during our stay. It definitely smells because this place is hot like a sauna. We contacted the property manager several times on these issues and they selectively response on some of our questions. I paid almost 4k USD on my 5 nights stay. I don’t think I want to come back to this place again or recommend it to anyone. When I booked this place, it had a 10/10 reviews. As my trip got closer, I checked again and it had gone down significantly. So I am not sure if the earlier reviews on booking.com were real.

silent and good environment

spacious and good for family size. overall is tidy and clean… 2bathrooms are good. radiator in bathroom run fast to get heat. double bed of each bedroom. convenient and easy to access to city center. located in a silent area and feel safe even the apartment is ground floor. we got problem for check in and refund the deposit, A staff called Abi who is responsible and patient to solve our problem. He replied my mssg even he’s day off. it is appreciated his service.

1. heat in one of the bedroom couldn’t off and adjust the temperature lower. really hot if u close the door when sleep. call out the issue but get feedback bit late from the staff. finally we fixed by ourselves coz we just stay 2nights. 2. smell bleaching when we move in… but smell gone fast

spacious for 5 adults and 2 children

Great location for Les Gobelins metro. The apartment was spacious with 4 large double bedrooms plus a double sofa bed. large dining table and well stocked kitchen and tableware. The artwork around the apartment is amazing.

we raised issues of a few ants around the kitchen floor area. Two beds were missing bed sheets. The step in the area of the bedrooms we found to be a hazard and put a plant by the steps to remind us that the step is was there.

Fabulous location, lovely clean and modern apartment, just what we needed for our party of 7 people.

The 1 room with en-suite shower did not have a toilet in the en-suite. The other 2 bathrooms were fine though.

Very good

Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, excellent open space that connects the dining room and kitchen with a large table where you can comfortably eat together. The subdivision of the bedrooms is also excellent. The bathrooms are large and comfortable. We had a really good time given the location very close to the metro.

The only problem with this apartment is the limited variety of cooking utensils.

- appartement voor 8 personen, maar geen 8 comfortabele zit plekken - keuken tafelstoelen maken veel lawaai met schuiven: tip - vilt onder stoelen -gemis van 1 apart toilet -Achterste badkamer heeft radiator die op 30gr bleef. Deze kregen we niet omlaag/uit - gemis van werkende ventilator op 1 kamer ( afstands bediening had geen baterijen) - fijn als er afwasmiddel, bij de schoonmaak producten zou zijn)

Óptimo ponto de partida para ir à descoberta da cidade

Óptima localização, com várias linhas de metro perto que davam acesso ao centro turístico. A comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil e, no dia do check-in, foi possível ir deixar as malas mais cedo ao apartamento, o que foi bom para podermos desfrutar da cidade neste primeiro dia.

O apartamento tem um pouco de falta de privacidade. As divisórias dos quartos são em vidro (fosco), pelo que o isolamento de som não é bom. A claridade também passa de uns quartos para os outros, o que pode ser incómodo.
