Better room than evaluations.

Good location near the station of the M10 subway line. Room was much comfortable than I expected from evaluations. Coin laundry locates close to the apartment, which is convenient for long stay.

I stayed 10 days, but there was no cleaning equipment.

Smelly, loud, uncomfortable but in good location

the district

did not match description, instead of second floor it was in the yard, smelled horrible and was wet and hot, had only a ventilator, it was noisy, and last night the whole night an alarm was on from a small room in the yard. Never again!

Not bad, but with a lot of issues for that price

Good location, not far from the Eiffel Tower and close to various shops and restaurants.

The bathroom door didn’t close completely, which was quite uncomfortable. The pillows are very thin, and if you sleep on them, you’ll end up with neck and back pain. There’s very little space in the kitchen.

Wifi didn't work even though they said they would fix it, the shower was filthy, cobwebs in the room, given the wrong code for the entry, scuffed walls.

Small room in great location, budget friendly

The location is great, in the city centre, close to subway and train stations. Many restaurant options. The small kitchenette was useful and we had everything we needed in the room, nice bathroom, clean sheets.

When we arrived we found out we had to pay a deposit for our stay in order to access the room, even though the room was already paid for. Could be cleaner, there were many spider webs in the room. Can get noisy from other guests, the rooms are not well isolated. The stairs are very steep, not suitable for children, seniors or large baggage. Room is small.

Location!!!!! We forget all the minuses for the location of the room. The view of the Eiffel Tower is really around the corner. In walking distance. There are many bakeries and good restaurants nearby.

For the six days of our stay, the apartment has never been cleaned. Is it normal? And the TV did not work, although they promised us to come over to connect it.

the door lock system is not functioning well. i can’t open the door with their password. and my phone only have WiFi. I need to borrow stranger’s phone to make the call to the management. it happened twice. very inconvenient.

amazing apartment in Paris!

absolutely brilliant location for our few days in Paris. Close in location to lots of local restaurants, shops and view of the Eiffel Tower round the corner. A very modern and cosy apartment, would stay here again!

The pillows were extremely flat, but this was only extremely minor and did not massively effect our stay

Chambre bien située proche du métro et de commerces de quartier.

La salle de bain présentait de la moisissure (j'y suis allergique). Beaucoup d humidité rendant impossible le séchage des serviettes. Un coin pour préparer des repas mais pas de vaisselle suffisante : 1 tasse 1 verre pour 2 personnes. Pas de bol ni assiettes creuses. Assez minimaliste. C est présenter comme un studio je qualifierais plutôt cela de chambre puisqu il est impossible de se restaurer autrement que dans le lit ( pas de place) Dépanne pour 2 jours a condition de ne pas faire tous ses repas dedans.

rien !! les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Chambre même taille que le lit c'est dire combien c'est étroit ! Et on appelle cela Appart ?? L'escalier sombre murs peints en noir !!! L e couvre lit troué !! Alors fuyez le 75 rue de Javel. C'était une belle ARNAQUE

Tenia muy buena ubicación al metro, tiendas locales y supermercados. Era cómoda la cama y me pareció genial que tuviera una pequeña cocina con cubiertos y algunos platos

Service client qui fait style d'être présent alors que clairement c'est pour faire de l'argent Les murs sont des feuilles de papiers à 200€ la nuit vous trouverez mieux ailleurs c'est certain

L’odeur et l’humidité à l’intérieur du logement, qui n’était pas ventilé du tout, sauf à ouvrir une fenêtre et permettre un intrus d’entrée la dégradation des murs et des sols extérieurs, remplie d’humidité. Le passage exigu de 20 cm au bout du lit Je ne recommande pas et n’y retournerai jamais

La proximité de notre lieu de travail

La différence flagrante de confort entre les photos « agence » sur le site et la réalité des choses….et l’alarme du panneau de commande incendie qui a sonné toute la nuit du 2 au 3 septembre, nous empêchant de dormir. Le concierge contacté n’a pas pu résoudre le problème vu l’heure tardive.. J’ai demandé le remboursement de cette nuit à été demandé au responsable mais est resté sans réponse à ce jour. Merci de bien vouloir lui relayer notre demande de remboursement ? D’avance merci.

Skønt sted som vi vil vende tilbage til, hvis vi skal til Paris igen.

Beliggenheden var perfekt til de seværdigheder vi ville se. Meget centralt og nemt til metro station for at komme videre.

At vi ikke kunne få wifi til at virke. Ellers var der intet galt med lejligheden og nemt at komme af med skraldet :-)
