About this apartment rental
The apartment surrounded by greenery is quiet, which will allow you to spend nights in exceptional silence for the region. In summer, the apartment enjoys a real coolness thanks to the beautiful trees surrounding it.
The Meudon Bellevue train station and 3 stations of the T2 tram line are nearby, as well as the metro station Pont de Sèvres, Châtelet les Halles and the Palace of Versailles are 40 minutes away by public transportation or 35 minutes by car.
70m2, a master bedroom of 15m2, a living room 35 m2, with the possibility of dividing it and to have a second bedroom, a kitchen of 10m2, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an entrance and a terrace of 30m2, on the 1st floor. Birds and squirrels circulate around.
The photos of the apartment really correspond to the condition of the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, especially with crockery and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a beautiful entrance leads to all the rooms, and finally the 30m2 terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, a parasol and sun loungers.
The apartment is my main residence, I leave personal belongings there, apart from that, the whole apartment will be yours, cupboards and drawers will be dedicated to you.
Other notes. The master bedroom has been given a makeover this year and large closets have been installed.
The living room can be divided into two parts by a double sliding barn door and thus on one side you will get a real bedroom of 15m2 equipped with a double bed, a desk, a closet and clothes boxes, and beyond the double door there is a living room with sofa, television, dining table. Great place. Well stocked. Quiet neighborhood but not far from Bakery, wine & cheese shops, corner store & Le Central (fantastic restaurant open late). Close to transit. Apartment building very clean.

Owner personally greeted us at check in. He answered any questions promptly. The place was decorated nicely. The place was perfect and removed from the busy Paris pace. Located by a park. Close to public transportation locations. We would recommend this pace to others.

Lovely apartment. Owner is very communicative which was helpful. Very close to bus and trams to get into the center of Paris with ease. For Americans, the apartment is on the first floor (which was great with our little one). The only notes I have is that the community pool is not a “community” like we think of in the states (one that is for only that apartment complex) but the actual town/community pool. Overall great stay and we would definitely go back.
