A modern loft with 2 floors and open concept with approximately 1400 square feet of living space. Full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, granite black splash and granite sink. Two bathrooms, one on each floor. Toto toilets. Covered Pergola Deck. This is a private loft in a great walkable urban environment with convenient shopping dining and other amenities. (Trader Joe's about 2 blocks away.) Leesa king and twin beds. Housekeeping available.

I stayed at the Loft apartment for a month while I was attending a training in Santa Fe. Maureen was a lovely and gracious host, and the apartment was perfect for my needs. It felt spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting out on the full balcony with a leafy green tree providing privacy and natural beauty. It was a short walk to my training; and easy to get to the grocery store and local attractions. I definitely would stay here again.

I had such a great experience at Maureen's place. The loft is absolutely lovely and well appointed. It's in a great location; I walked to the downtown frequently. Maureen is a gem. She was always gracious and receptive. Anyone would be fortunate to rent one of her properties.
