About this apartment rental
Entire apartment with two bedrooms, two queen beds. One full bathroom and one half bathroom off master suite. Gorgeous place, fully furnished with excellent Wifi, full kitchen, washer dryer, Cable and Roku TVs, Wifi, Aircon and stunning deck for relaxing. The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property.
Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me for any issue, big or small. Building has elevator and parking. 5 minute drive to Plaza, city center and Canyon Rd. If you are bringing children or a pet you must inform me at the time of booking. There is no pet fee, but there are pet rules. . Please note the condo is a 25 minute walk to the Plaza. It is, however, a 4 minute drive away. The condo is central to ALL Santa Fe sites of interest.
Please note that I pack up the balcony from December due to snow and wet weather and reopen in April.
Condo is on the 2nd floor. You may experience mild noise from the unit above, if you experience unreasonable noise please contact me immediately.
This is an ECO building. HVAC is set at 55-70 degrees in winter and 68-75 in summer.
The condo does NOT have a bath, only a shower.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and on the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

Very clean and comfortable unit. Everything that we needed was there. Host was always available for our questions and help. Enjoyed the porch seating and views.

The host was very available and helpful. The accommodations were great for two single men. Kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal and the decorative and functional amenities were terrific. Great location for getting to the plaza via short drive or longer walk.

Lovely apartment, safe area, lots of nice little touches not found in other B&B’s. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, great kitchen, host Yvette very responsive. Made for a great stay in Santa Fe !
