About this apartment rental
Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to all tourist sites in historic Santa Fe NM. Full gourmet kitchen, queen bed, TVs in main room and bedroom. Gorgeous deck to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent Wifi, Aircon/Heating, Elevator and parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment as a couples retreat or relax on your own. Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me.
The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property. Please inform me if you are bringing children or a pet at the time of booking. There are additional pet rules.
Condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. Some noise restrictions apply as to not disturb the downstairs guests. If you are checking in after 9pm please inform me. Please do not jump, run or thump on the floors.
Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza, however, driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites.
This is an ECO building. HVAC will be set at 70-55 degrees during the winter and 68-75 degrees during the summer.
The balcony packed up from December to April.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

I cannot praise this place enough!! Hands down this was the best rental experience I have ever had. Yvette was so kind and helpful; the condo had anything and everything you could ever need for cozy, home-away-from-home stay! I can’t WAIT to return again soon!!!
