Storybook Cabin in the Santa Fe Forest

Very comfortable, charming and unique with everything you need--internet, TV reception, music; nicely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped with plenty of cooking and baking equipment. Older stove was very fun to use. Dogs and people loved the outdoor area around the cabin and the road in front of cabin--great race track and lots of smells and full of "green". Very peaceful and yet close to Santa Fe--Fabulous location and environment. Owner and her agent very easy to work with and full of good info on what to do and where to go.

Portable oven would have been easier, with less trial and error, if there were minimal instructions available and a note that says it takes longer to bake than in regular oven. Box of Kleenex would have been nice.

The cabin is incredibly charming and full of character. My daughter loved laying outside on the hammock every day.

The quiet, the ambiance of the home, and the location.

The drive to the house on an unmaintained road was a challenge - but easily surmountable and well worth the extra few minutes.

Everything about this place is magical. The views are amazing as you make your way to the cabin. There are little surprises to find tucked into places as you explore the cabin. The host and property manager are quick to reply to any questions and provide great tips for the area.

There is nothing to report that was unsatisfactory. Everything was beyond our expectations, including the early morning visit from a local Bob cat! The only thing we suggest is to travel by SUV or truck, the road to the cabin is an adventure in itself.😃
