Host was readily accessible and allowed us to extend our stay. This was a great location with easy access to downtown and great local restaurants. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and the Santa Fe Mountain area with that wonderful color. We had a wonderful time. I walked in the area and felt safe at all times. The property had all the amenities we needed. Host even has pizza left in the freezer for guest when they arrive. Nice.

Bungalow met our needs, was clean and orderly. Need to clarify the advertising that washer/dryer is not in unit and they charge in quaurters for wash & drying.

It was great in all respects except for the following issues which will prevent me from re-booking this unit unless they are resolved:
Bedroom: I experienced an allergic response starting the first day in the bedroom. I attributed this to the carpet which was dirty. I sneezed constantly when in the bedroom for 2 weeks. The window drapes also require cleaning. I even had to sleep on the couch a few times.
The bedroom linen was clean and of good quality and not the source of the allergens.
There was a small vacuum available that I tried to use, but it was totally ineffective. I would have done more cleaning during my 19 day stay if the vacuum was more effective.
Also, the bedroom smoke detector battery reached its end of life during the first week.
Bathroom: My attempt on taking a shower the first day almost forced me to cancel the booking. Control of the shower temperature was almost impossible until I figured out there was a small arc in the mid-range that allowed hot water. If you were not careful, you could freeze or scald yourself. Since I was 2000 miles from home with no alternative accommodations, I decided to live with it for 19 days.
It is obvious that the shower internal faucet cartridge is damaged or worn and needs replacement. A good plumber is needed to replace the cartridge.
