The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas.
Noise and location considerations: This home is located in central Santa Fe, right along St Francis Drive. While Santa Fe is not a large city, there is potential for outside road noise and foot traffic due to the property's proximity to the center. Recently, new windows were added in the master bedroom, which have significantly reduced the noise levels. The noise was measured at 45 decibels inside. If you are overly sensitive to noise, we do suggest ear plugs or finding an alternate property.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee of $35/pet per night. You must reach out to us about your pet prior to making your reservation

We didn’t have a winery so I’m not sure why that was on the survey. The house was terrific! Well located, everything we needed and great communication from the owner. My bed was so comfortable, I’m looking to get another bed at home LOL!

Very nice little casa not far from downtown. Perfect for my family of 4 in town for a funeral. Property description was accurate and host was very responsive.
