Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Comfortable and liked the art and variety of books in condo.Location good to downtown and very nice mall within few minutes. Balcony areas outside bedroom/living room could be spruced up. More lighting in master bath would be helpful.

This was a super expensive newer condo with an exceptional location, great neighbors and we felt very safe staying there. However, the outside of the condo (common areas) were not well maintained. We found a nail in front of the garage, old bottle caps and general trash all over. Garage had rat droppings in it.
Washer smelled like musty mold from being kept closed and we had to air it out and then clean it out with bleach before using. Stove was very difficult to use and knobs were stuck. Kitchen was unfinished. Oven let off gas smell when used.
The place itself just had too much stuff. Every single shelf, drawer, cabinet and tabletop was full. So I had nowhere to unload the things that I brought with me.
The rug in the family room got very dusty and there was no usable vacuum in the house to clean it. The one vacuum they did provide did not suck up anything and was filled with other people's dirt. Gross.
Also the family room had sun streaming in for half the day. It got extremely warm and should really have had a curtain. A/C only worked in bedrooms, and was very noisy. Sounded like it was about to break. Cool air did not reach family room or kitchen. Very poor circulation.
The master shower head was not adjustable and too high for a short person. Toilet leaked in smaller bathroom when flushed. Beds very soft and squeaky. Could not get a good night's rest. Balcony off master had broken glass all over the floor. Other balcony dirty. Expected more for the hefty price.
