Parking was easy. We loved having a kitchen and laundry facilities inside the condo. We didn't need a key, just a code. The condo was very comfortable. We loved that there were Prairie Dogs in the vacant lot across the street. We could easily see them from the balcony using our binoculars.
I did not like that Booking dot com did not put the full price like other lodging aggregators did. The $720+ price for a week pulled me in but this did not include the resort fee and other fees. The real price is around $1200+ for a week. This is called bait and switch and it is very unethical on Booking's part.
Also, the communication back and forth through Booking's email system did not work very well because the Condo managers had graphics and links. The notes were irrelevant and repetitive. I had to reach out directly to the management company to find the check in information. Once they emailed that to me directly, everything fell into place.

It was nice beautiful decor
I had to travel to Santa Fe for a surgery. I had specifically asked if there was 2 bathrooms. There was 4 adults total so it was important to have 2 bathrooms. Especially since I was having surgery, we had to be at the hospital really early in the morning and for after surgery, I needed to have 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately it DOES NOT have 2 bathrooms. It is a half bathroom, SMALL 1/2 bath in the “master” bedroom. That made things a little more difficult. I am one of those people that will definitely leave the hotel, rental, or wherever I stay, clean. I do not leave a mess. But what was really upsetting for me also, was the fact that we had to wash and dry the towels before we left. And it said (at the house in the book) towels had to be washed and dried , and if they took more then 5 hours to clean, they would charge $50 an hour. Again I would never leave a mess. But I went because of a surgery. If my parents wouldn’t have gone with my husband and I, not only would my husband be helping me with my basic after care, he cleaned the house, but then he would have been responsible of washing. I am thankful my parents went with us to help out. If that’s their rules, then fine , but put that in the description so people can see what they have to deal with. Don’t wait till they are already there and have no other options. They need to put its 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2. Washing towels is not a big deal. But for someone who is there for something like surgery, they shouldn’t get blind sided. And , if the cleaning person takes their precious time cleaning, they will charge you for it. We were unable to get ahold of the manager after we got there. We attempted numerous times to get ahold of them. I just don’t like being blindsided, nor lied to. Not once was I told that it was a half bathroom, even after asking. Clear up the description on the property.
