This property is clean and comfortable. Esteban is a responsive and attentive host. The house is a short drive from historic downtown Santa Fe. 2 suggestions: spruce up the front sitting space and get a more comfortable sofa. All in all, a positive experience and we would revommend this place.

Easy to find, reasonably close to downtown Santa Fe. Small but comfortable for 2 adults. Kitchen is small, but certainly serviceable. No dishwasher, but nice to have a washer & dryer. Had all we needed to enjoy our week in Santa Fe.

When we arrived in the late evening, half of the power was out because some breakers tripped. No big deal, but tried to call the property owner and even after using the VRBO help line, no one was able to get ahold of him. He didn’t answer my calls until later the next morning. Once I told him what was going on, it was fixed quickly. That was really the only issue with our experience and the property. The house is small but cute. Property says it sleeps 6 but that’s if you put two to a bed, including the sofa. One bedroom has no heat/AC because there are two units that are stand alone - there is no actual HVAC system in the house. One in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. Lots of comfy quilts and bedding, plenty to keep you warm and cozy. Didn’t use any appliances or kitchen stuff, so I can’t speak to that. Location is good. Right next to Cerillos but still quiet and several restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. Downtown is about 10-15 minutes away.
