Studio Casita-15 min walk to Downtown Plaza

Clean and comfortable. Everything needed was in the house

There was a couple of dog craps at the side of the house, obviously from the owner of one of the other houses.

Tastefully decorated. Good location although 15 mins' walk into downtown is optimistic. Very nice area. Thanks for the coffee, cookies, water etc.

Could look more attractive externally. Needs a little TLC around the edge of the floors.

The exterior of the property could be improved. When I drove in I had my doubts but once inside they evaporated.

It was cute inside. We appreciated the snacks and the water.

We didn’t receive check-in directions in advance, then sat and waited for 30+ minutes until we called the owner (a second time). She asked me if I had not read the directions (which I hadn’t received). After getting in to the casita, we were cold and wanted to heat it up a bit (nighttime lows of 48 degrees). I called the owner again and was told the hadn’t turned the heater on yet, but there was a small space heater under the bathroom sink, or we could use extra blankets. She saw her son has to turn on the heater, and she wasn’t sure if he would be available. Fortunately, the space heater worked to heat the bedroom. I feel it should be stated on the listing that there will not be heat. We would not have stayed in a property without heat and 48 degree nights.
