Welcome to our home!

Welcome to your Edinburgh adventure! Located on the 4th floor (stair access), this centrally positioned apartment is the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh's endless attractions and culture.

Living Area: Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Plenty of natural light creates a welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals—fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and comprehensive kitchenware.

Bedrooms: Two comfortable double bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with ample storage space and cosy touches to make you feel right at home. Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub for a relaxing soak after exploring the city.

Convenient Keynest key collection system. On arrival, visit a nearby store within walking distance to complete check-in by providing a code. You'll receive your key location, store address, and access code at least 48 hours before arrival. The code is valid for 30 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. Keys must be returned to the store at checkout.

Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

You couldn't be in a better location! Directly on Edinburgh's iconic Royal Mile, with the legendary World's End Pub right opposite. Step outside and discover world-class attractions within walking distance: Edinburgh Castle (10 minutes), Scottish Parliament (7 minutes), and countless museums, galleries, shops, and historic closes.

The area is brimming with restaurants, bars, and cafes to suit every taste. For groceries, Scottish Grocer (1 minute), Taste of Scotland (4 minutes), and Tesco Express (7 minutes) are all nearby.

Excellent public transport at your doorstep. Multiple bus routes are within a 5-minute walk. The tram stop on Princes Street is a 10-minute walk away, connecting you across the city and to Edinburgh Airport in just 35 minutes.

A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price.

Important note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Location was perfect for Old Town. So convenient. Apartment is quite spacious. Up 5 flights of stairs but was not a problem. Very quiet. It was hard to find address for the key near. If they could have told us to pick up at the Ibis Hotel it would have been much easier to find. We went up and down hills using map and carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this flat in Edinburgh! The location is great for those visiting as the flat is on the Royal Mile and near Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, etc. The flat was very clean, had plenty of space, and made our travel very easy. We’d recommend this to others looking to stay in Edinburgh.
