Beautiful property in a fantastic location

Convenient, large, clean.

Location was great, very central. There were little extras in case you forgot something. There weren’t as many stairs as others had said in reviews. It was like your home.

There was plenty of space, it was bright and had everything one would need for a much longer stay. From the kitchen having enough items to prepare meals, large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a double room and a twin room with plenty wardrobe space. The location was convenient for tourist activities. The bathrooms were modern.

We didn’t get towels for our second bedroom and despite asking twice they were never delivered. Not sure how the back up service would be if you had problems during the stay…. Being on the Royal mile it was very noisy at night shouting and late night revelers, until about 2am and early mornings as delivery trucks and trash trucks were on the go from about 6am. (Mid October stay - would be far worse in summer). The property was on second floor and had a split level of half a floor between entrance and bedrooms and bedrooms and living area so not any good if you had any type of knee or mobility issues. We did not but it was still a bit cumbersome. For a large appartment the bath/shower room and shower room very small and the smallest showers / sinks possible.
