We are delighted to offer this luxury self-catering holiday apartment situated in the heart of Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, close to St Giles Cathedral and Edinburgh Castle.
It offers ideal holiday accommodation for a short break in the very heart of Edinburgh. The apartment is on the third floor, with large windows overlooking the pedestrian precinct area of the Royal Mile.
The sittingroom has comfortable, built-in window seats, where guests can sit and watch the ever changing bustle of the Royal Mile below. The sitting / dining / kitchen area is open-plan.
The comfortable sitting area has a digital television with Freeview, DVD player and a CD / radio with an iPod dock. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and microwave. There is a large dining table that can seat up to eight guests.
Wireless Internet broadband is provided for use with your own laptop, tablet or smart phone.
The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one double to the rear of the apartment and one twin with secondary glazing to the front.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with quality furniture that matches the attractive wood finish of the apartment.
Full bedding and towels are provided.
The property has full gas central heating.
The owners provide a complimentary welcome basket containing fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and biscuits.

Location of this spot is 100% perfect for Edinburgh. It is directly on the Royal Mile with easy access to all of the must see sites. Apartment was clean and well appointed upon arrival. Host was very accomodating and quick to communicate throughout the process. There is some city noise at night but that is to be expected given the location close to bars and restaurants. Have stayed here twice now and would not hestitate to do so again.

You couldn’t get a better view of the royal mile. Location of the flat is central and perfectly situated. Shops, busses and taverns are all within a comfortable walking distance. Edinburgh castle is a 15 min walk. The flat itself has all amenities. It’s quite spacious and extremely well maintained. Very clean smelling. Comfortable seating, space for everyone to sit. The window seats are my favourite.Our host was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He returned calls in a timely manner. This was our first time renting a flat but it won’t be our last. No more stuffy hotels for us.

The loft was fantastic and we enjoyed all the amenities it offered. The window seats were great along with the open windows and listening to the sounds of the city. The loft even had a diffuser for the blow-dryer! As someone with curly hair, this never happens and was pleasant surprise. We LOVED our time at this location and HIGHLY recommend it.

Amazing location! The windows overlooking the Royal Mile with bench seats were great. We spent a lot of time sitting there and watching all the action down below. We saw bagpipers, singers, street performers, weddings, a church procession - all in just three days! When you want to go out, you walk right out in the middle of the action from your front door. If you are planning on doing any laundry, there is a washing machine, but no electric dryer. Instead there is a plug-in drying rack. Location is perfect. Easy walk from Waverly Train Station and everything in Old Town is walkable. Our family of 4 loved every bit of our stay.
