Hat alles was man braucht für den Alltag. Alles sauber und ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Perfekte Unterkunft, um Wandern zu gehen und die Gegend zu erkunden.

The stay here was great. It's a small space but it has all of the necessary equipment. It's on a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the main road running through Borjomi. There is a big, friendly dog called Charlie who lives in the courtyard, and the hosts are friendly.
Maybe not be suitable for long stays due to the size

Great price for a solid self contained private appartment with all necessary amenities. Secluded and quiet location at top of hill. Attentive and helpful staff with some English spoken made things easier. Let me use washing machine for free and gave me some Lobio and wine one night which was nice touch also
Door was a bit dated as is the flat in general - but this is minor when considering the excellent other points and price

- Прекрасное отношение владельцев: довезли на машине до нужного места, разрешили заселиться раньше положенного времени, в кратчайшие сроки наведя порядок
- Расположение удобное (7 минут до вокзала, 10 минут до парка Боржоми)
- Бонусом: пёс Чарли, который всегда хотел нашего внимания, терпеливо ждал когда нужно и играл когда мы были с ним
- Явных недостатков не выявлено 😊
