We had a lovely week . Weather was good and some lovely sunsets over the sea

It was well equipped in a great location. Plenty of space for clothes storage . Kitchen was bright and lots of work surface . Close to a shop and the rail station

Upsetting

To be honest I didn’t like anything about the property.. I thought the smell when you went in was not appealing it just smelt of damp.. the rooms were full of cobwebs and not deep cleaned at all.. to be honest it needs a good re decorate with new furniture and furnishings.

I was disappointed with the standards the bed was clean and but as you looked closer it was full of cobwebs!! The smell in the cupboards was not nice at all.. the bathroom needs a good re decorate.. for the price we payed I’m disappointed..

It was lovely revisiting the area, unfortunately we are not able to walk the hills like we used to !

Very handy location...very close to 2 shops and a petrol station nearby. Barmouth only 4 miles away. The Ysgethin pub/restaurant is superb.

A very comfortable accommodation equipped with all the necessities!

We were greatly satisfied with the accommodation. Our stay was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped with all the necessities and more. Communication is easy and the owners provide a lot of helpful information before your stay. I highly recommend this property for family holidays. I found the bunkbeds for two very spacious, enough for two adults even.

Well furnished cottage. Homely. Comfy beds and suite. All kitchen equipment in good condition. Well situated with convenience shops within 1/4 mile.

Delightful Quirky Cottage was wonderful for my wife and I.

Very quite thoughout the day and night despite being near the centre of the village. Sunsets reflecting off the sea were beautiful and could be seen from the kitchen overlooking other cottages in the village. The cottage was warm, cosy, and inviting.

Parking in the cul de sac lane adjoining the cottage was as described on the Web site. Stairs were narrow as described.

All inl all very enjoyable despite inclement weather

Self catering cottage had everything one needed. Excellent value and well situated for traveling around.

Previous tenants refuse had not been removed by changeover staff as stated in paperwork.i
