very clean, very tidy, comfy, up to date & modern.
no towels provided for shower, no wifi, TV had signal faults, toaster didn’t work, broken glass in cupboard, bathroom sink water stopper was wedged in and couldn’t release it. couldn’t schedule thermostat control had to do it manually from boiler. hoover needed changing as it smelt.

Location great just out of the town, Barmouth is excellent lovely town the Sunnysands site was great had everything you needed . Had entertainment on In the evening a bingo if you want to go . We had chippy it was good. Found everyone friendly
