This lovely, detached house is set on the ground floor and is perfectly positioned for a family beach holiday while offering a great central base for exploring the beaches and attractions of the Snowdonia National Park. The property is close to the railway station, from where you can explore the scenic coastline. Bennar Beach, less than two miles away is a sandy beach backed by dunes which is popular with surfers and body boarders.
This welcoming property is spacious and elegantly decorated in light colours and soft tones, creating a relaxing ambience in which to unwind. There are no steps within the property. The lounge is delightful, a bright, airy room with patio doors to the garden. There are comfortable sofas to sink in, a TV to entertain you and a cosy flame effect electric fire which makes this a good choice year-round. Glazed double doors can separate the dining room from the sitting room so you can create a separate space to eat together. The contemporary kitchen has all you need to prepare tasty meals.
