The property is really well located, just a 5 minute walk from the main attractions of Salcombe. It’s got a lovely view of the estuary and is fairly spacious. The car parking space is a bonus with parking locally being at a premium. Good value considering the location.
The decor is a little tired and needs some updating but this is reflected in the price.

Very spacious, had everything you needed.
Decor a little dated but that didn’t affect our stay. One of the bedroom window catches didn’t shut properly but it was a bedroom that we wasn’t using so again didn’t affect us.
