Superb location. Large airy rooms, well appointed. Clean. Excellent pre-arrival communications and information.
Rather disappointed with the weak wi-fi signal which gave rise to constant 'buffering' and loss of signal whilst streaming of TV signal. The parking spaces are very small for modern cars.

Fabulous location . Fully equipped. Freya was extremely helpful and informative.
We felt it needed a refurbishment, carpets quite stained in the living area and furniture rather worn. Also the weather turned quite cold and we weren’t able to keep the heating on as it’s set by the management company in the building. We were supplied with an extra radiator when we asked about it.

some physical instructions in the flat, rather than entirely electronic ones would have been helpful. How to work dishwasher settings and what the embroidered bag was for . Was it a gift? no idea
