Superb location on Devon Road. Just a short 5 minute walk into the centre of Salcombe. Wonderful spacious house with lovely patio area (a real sun trap) to enjoy a drink before heading into Salcombe for evening meal.

Bath taps extremely difficult to turn off! Need fixing ASAP. Shower head sprays jets of water all over the place! Marketed as a king size bed, but in fact there is a double mattress on a king base.
