About this cottage rental
This charming property provides the perfect base for a memorable family holiday in Salcombe, ideally positioned close to golden beaches, coastal trails, and local attractions. Within the town, guests can discover an array of excellent restaurants, cosy cafés, and unique independent shops, all offering a true taste of Devon. Just a mile away lies North Sands, a family-friendly beach where children can splash in the shallows or build sandcastles on the shore. A little further, South Sands, only 2 miles from the property, invites visitors to try water sports such as paddleboarding and kayaking in calm, sheltered waters. For those who love the outdoors, the South West Coast Path begins in Salcombe, offering spectacular walks with breathtaking sea views. Adventurous visitors can also enjoy a short boat ride across the estuary to East Portlemouth, revealing hidden sandy coves. For an exciting family day trip, Woodlands Theme Park, 15 miles away, promises endless fun.

Children and dogs can hang out here for great for a game of catch or perhaps a picnic lunch. Private parking for two cars is possible at the front of the property.
