Location, comfort and quality. Million dollar views

The booking.com details didn’t say the other bedroom and bathroom were down the corridor and we didn’t find it straight away which lead to a very stressful start thinking we’d booked a property we couldn’t stay in! Had to call the team and go through phone menu selection whilst trying to work out whether to go home. Although the layout worked for us this time, there could be many situations where it wouldn’t and booking.com need to make this clearer. If children were involved they could be sleeping separately to their parents, which at £500 a night needs to be clear. The 2nd bedroom is down the corridor not across.

Location / views and facilities

Very noisy bedroom 2 which overlooked street . Window needs to be replaced with double glazing . Pillow protectors were stained .

Location was excellent. ,the view stunning. The apartment was lovely. The swimming pool was great and the gardens very nice, would have been nice to have outdoor seats to take down to the pool. The apartment was clean .

The balcony had not been cleaned when we arrived and we phoned up and someone came round to clean it. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were very dirty. One of the quilts was stained. The laundry room is good but we were not aware that we had to pay for the washing and drying.
