Loved everything about this place! Location and view is amazing, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, heated swimming pool and parking were a real bonus, communication with the owner was excellent, we will definitely be returning! Salcombe is truly our happy place!

Wonderful location
The building was very warm, we found it too hot at night. The parking spaces are very tight when big cars fill the car park.

Property was clean and the view was great, facilities were good although ate out. Very convenient for town.
The description was poor, we traveled with my mother in law and there was no mention of the large steps down to the bathroom or kitchen. These would have been manageable for her had there been a handrail but as it was we needed to assist her every time for the bathroom / kitchen. Also no patio heaters or wardrobe/ hanging space in the small bedroom.
