An amazing accommodation in every way. It was my girlfriend's birthday and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The villa and views are stunning.
We did the included rice field trekking and they allowed us to take a shower in the spa building when we came back even though we had already checked out. All the food was amazing too. Truly excellent service that is hard to find these days! It is on the expensive side but you more than get what you pay for.

We honestly don’t have enough words to describe how special our stay at The Sidemen Villas was. Our hearts are completely full after these few days.
When we arrived, our room was beautifully decorated because we were celebrating my brother’s birthday - such a thoughtful surprise for us. The room itself was perfectly clean, the view was unreal, and the whole atmosphere of the villa felt peaceful and magical from the very first moment.
Everyone at the reception was amazingly helpful during our whole stay. A special thank you to Ayu, Sintiari, Diwya and Mangtri 💜 you were all so warm and welcoming with us from the beginning and helped us with everything we needed.
The restaurant team was also incredibly kind and attentive - they even fulfilled our unexpressed wishes before we could ask for anything. Breakfast was delicious (we especially loved the eggs Benedict), and we also had dinner there twice and really enjoyed everything.
During our stay we somehow ended up going to the spa four times… at the end we were already laughing like “okay, we are here again!” 😄 The massages were incredible every single time, and the massage therapists were so kind and attentive. The whole spa area was spotless and very relaxing.
The team also helped us organize yoga, transportation and a purification ceremony. Our guide Mangku was simply wonderful. He took us on a 2-hour trekking tour in 32°C heat, but honestly we didn’t even notice because the whole experience was so special. He showed us the nature around the village, plants, animals, and even picked a fresh coconut for us from a tree and prepared it with straws and spoons so we could drink and eat it. During the purification ceremony he explained everything step by step. He is such a lovely person! 🥹 We truly recommend doing a trekking tour with him, because experiences like this don’t happen often in life.
This was the best possible start to our Bali trip. We already miss the place.

The villa was beyond beautiful! The view + the nature sounds made it so relaxing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the receptionist who I believe has only recently started - she really went out of her way to explain everything to me and ensure I had a pleasant stay. The hotel also booked me on a half day tour of sidemen so I could the rice fields, waterfall and a cafe which I highly recommend. Will definitely be back!!
