Santorin HoiAn Villa

I'd stay here again! I honest can't imagine staying anywhere else. The two young receptionist's made our stay memorable and enjoyable. They helped book our tours (Cham Island, My Son Ruins, a Street Food Tour) and were great at being clear about costs, who to pay and when payment should be made (to the hotel or the tour guide). They were full of advice and recommendations which I appreciated. They'd also checked each day if we'd like our room cleaned and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. We enjoyed spending time in the crystal clear pool. Our room was huge and we could easily open our suitcases without them being in the way.

The blue swimming towels have gotten a bit worn out. There was a small seating area between our room and the next room which looked lovely in the pictures, but unfortunately all the chairs were broken and the space couldn't be enjoyed. The towel rail in my room was located inside the shower. This meant that any towels hung there ​g​ot wet when the shower was used. ​There was nowhere else in the bathroom to hang towels. I'd suggest adding wall hooks or a freestanding towel rail outside of the shower area.

Great location a few minutes walk from the Old City but right by nicer restaurants and shopping. Staff was great and helpful, room was spacious, clean and modern, and we used the pool every day.

My room was clean, bright, large and very comfy.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great. I had an upstairs room with a nice balcony that overlooked the street and the small river. My room had massive windows which kept it nice and light during the day but had blockout blinds at night. There was some constant soft noise from some sort of machine turning on and off but it wasn't too bad. There seemed to be another room like mine as well as 8 rooms overlooking the pool. 4 of these were on the ground floor and you could look straight into them while in the pool so curtains would need to be kept shut for privacy. This didn't seem to be an issue for the upstairs pool view rooms. Lots of restaurants in the area. They don't serve breakfast. I loved my stay and felt very safe as a single woman.

When walking down my stairs to the foyer I looked straight down into the little kitchen area - it always seemed grubby with dirty dishes. This wouldn't be an issue for the pool view rooms as they don't use those stairs.

Love the pool, location! So chill. Thao is so great and very helpful!
