Santorin HoiAn Villa

Very friendly staff and close proximity to where I had to go

Only the steps going up to my villa that was it and that was only minor

We loved our stay here. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Nice big pool which was great. Also the staff here we so lovely and very helpful. Good location.

I was initially a bit wary as there some really loud kids as guests and my room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the room was comfortable and spacious and the staff were super kind and friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure rhe resr of my stay was great. The swimming pool is lovely! And have a constant supply of towels to use at the pool. I love that the rooms don't share walls with other rooms as they're so much quieter (there is a staircase between each room).

There were just a few small things that other people would probably not even be bothered by. There were mugs and kettle but no teaspoon, coffee, tea or sugar. The bedside light didn't work and you need two hands available to lock the room doors. Like I said all small things that were not a huge influence on the stay.

The team is very friendly, and the location is convenient. The laundry service is prompt and reasonably priced, the rooms are modern, and the area is quiet.
