Location and staff are great. The room is good size for 1 person.
Dailey cleaning left alot to be desired. A general "once over" is carried out but sink, bathroom, surface areas were not cleaned suitably. In the greater scheme of things however, not a big deal

It feels like being at your grandma's house. It is comfortable (bed was hard but definitely comfortable to sleep in) and the staff is nice.
You can take a bike for free ( which I used a looooot) and you can discover the city using it.
There was no soap or shower gel , so I had to buy one.
Breakfast is not the best. Basically it consists of a piece of bread with egg , coffee or tea. That's it.
I booked the option with breakfast and I regretted it, because the choice is really limited and poor.
I calculated I paid about 3 EUR for the breakfast included and I would have gone for breakfast choosing whatever I wanted at the café ( yes they serve food separately, in which you have better choices and it about the same price)
