A lovely, cozy boutique hotel with only six rooms, giving it a very peaceful and personal atmosphere. The property is full of greenery, with a cute little koi pond that adds to the charm. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also excellent, convenient for getting to the beach as well as the Old Town.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, huge room and everything was kept clean. The staff were amazing and always readily available to help with anything you need. Great breakfast and wash service. I had a lovely stay - highly recommend.

The reception was lovely: personal and with a welcome drink. The area of the homestay is cosy and hospitable. The owner, ms. Hien and her staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had a private little garden with bath and ventilator! It was next to the small but refreshing pool. Breakfast and the fresh made eggs were great!! the chef was so kind.
The only thing that I did not like, but got used to real quickly was the amount of time it took to get to old Hoi An.
The free bicycles also need some TLC.
