Pink house Homestay

Cute place super clean and very reasonably priced, loved the location, it was in a neighborhood type area right near the rice fields.

There was a very strict rules around guests and essentially a curfew because they closed the gate at 11pm every night and you had to text them beforehand if you wanted to be out later. As a solo backpacker I wish would’ve been told beforehand. There are lots of cameras, including on the private balcony, and the owners (who are the only ones working there) are literally ALWAYS there. I understand that likely they had an issue in the past but it feels a bit like I was being watched and not as private. The water in the shower my first night was cold, the AC remote didn’t work most of the time, and the bed was quite hard.

The location was perfect! At equal distance from the beach and Hoi An Old town and really close to the rice fields. It is in a small street so you do not hear the cars.. only the birds! The room is perfect! I could have stayed a month, the bed is amazing and huge, the bathroom is perfect and the AC works perfectly! You also have free bikes to use! And finally, the best part is the tenants - which are the loveliest people! I will definitely come back! Thanks again :)

I liked the location because it’s not far from old town with the bicycle and the beach I also not very far. And Tri was really kind and showed us where we can go. The room got cleaned everyday. For me a better experience than staying in a expensive hotel

This is a welcoming, we'll run homestay. The owners are hands on and can't do enough for you. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Situated down a quiet lane within easy reach of the old town and the beach. This was our final place at the end of a month and was by far the best.

I find it difficult to find any negatives. Usual difficulty getting the shower to a consistent temperature. Grab doesn't often recognize The Pink House so be careful when entering the address or you'll end up on the wrong side of town.
