Grand Sunrise Palace was the absolute perfect base for our Hoi An adventure! We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. ​The breakfast buffet is incredible—huge, variety-packed, and everything tasted delicious. Beyond the great amenities and lovely pool, the staff truly made our stay special; everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Property and room immaculate as advertised. What really made the stay was the people. Ame. Peter Parker, Gi and Koi were wonderful.

We had an incredible experience staying here! Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pools were amazing, perfect for relaxing! And what made our trip truly memorable, though, was the wonderful staff. Everyone was welcoming. Kathy at reception was extremely helpful, security Mr. Tien and driver Koi were both exceptionally kind and helpful. You can truly tell how much they love their jobs—their positivity and dedication made us feel right at home.
