Spring Breeze Hotel Hoi An

I’m so glad I found this hotel for my stay in Hoi An. I stayed for one week and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is new, very clean, and offers great value for money. I first stayed in an apartment with a kitchen, which I absolutely loved, and later moved to a cozy double room with lovely views. What really made the stay special were the people. Rose and Bae were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made me feel welcome every day and were genuinely fun to chat with. The breakfast was tasty, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great—close to the river and only about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The room was spotless and the facilities and amenities are all new. The bathroom was lovely and the cleanest we saw in Vietnam. The home cooked daily breakfast, although fixed the day before, was still delicious and scrumptious - it wasn't 5 star but portions were large and it gave us a great start to the day. Having a water purifier on our floor was a great help & saved us from constantly having to buy bottled water. The pool in-house was tiny but clean & saved us on a particularly hot afternoon. The hotel has a tie-up with the Shore Club & An Bang beach & we were able to use their beach chairs , a nice highlight. The staff were also very helpful - Rose & Hanna. On our first day, Hanna helped me retrieve my passport after I accidently left it in a cab, & I was extremely grateful. Overall great value & one of the best hotels in Hoi An.

The ACs were too tiny for the room and took a while to cool down the room when we visited during peak summer. The hotel is a bit further away from the town & we needed to keep taking grab taxis for the main sites as it was too humid to walk or use the free bicycles. On many occasions, the staff kept pressing us to take their own cab despite us saying no (we found better prices on grab & had to politely decline every time). The hotel added a 3% surcharge to our bill for using a credit card - though they told us this upfront when we were on location, they need to mention this clearly on the booking.com page. Lastly, we noticed a marked difference in staff behaviour with guests from different nationalities...we landed up for breakfast late one day & the staff kept reminding us about it. However when faced with European/ Western guests who were later than us, they said not a word. I'd always read about this, but to see this happen in person was disappointing.

From the moment you arrive you are so welcomed. The staff are so friendly and happy. Then it only gets better when you walk into your rooms. So clean and big. We are a family of five and got the main room with a full kitchen and lounge. Right outside is the pool. The second room still had a small dining table and Kitchenette.

Honestly, nothing. I cannot fault anything.

Clean, beautiful and gorgeous decor. Was so stunning. Felt like I was in a private villa. Lady that checked us in was so lovely throughout our entire stay and so helpful!
