Enjoyed staying here, and the complimentary transfer from Da Nang was one of the highlights. They were a little slow to reply by email so if you want to arrange a transfer try to email a few days in advance, or call. The breakfast is good but the pastries and bread are low quality, and I didn't like the yoghurt they provide - too sweet. The bed was perfect and it was very nice having a bath too. Good value and very friendly staff.

Location is near the attractions but away from the main area, enjoyed more serenity away from the tourist area. Great staffs around and decent breakfast, slightly older room but you have all you need. Would have preferred a stronger shower but not an issue. There’s also a 1 for 1 massage package available, great value

Everything is great from the staff the food the pool just Everything. The only issue id say and its not an issue its a little bit far to walk to old town if your older but a $3 taxi ride fixes that. Quiet at night. But still close to many resteraunts and shops. Great place

I booked 3 nights. I love the atmosphere and staff is great to kind. It is definitely language barrier for communication. Also there is not really strict non-smoking system. IEven some customer smoked in the room I guess. I could get smell through the bathroom. I really struggled to breathing. My friend said " Vietnam is the most generous to smoker." Oh, I didn't know that. One day one girl smoked by the pool side. I told her, " Don't do that. And she said, smoking is allowed by the pool. I couldn't believe it. Yes, it was. Because the ashtray by the pool.😓 I love the hotel but I may not stay again next time. I came from the most sticky smoking banned country. AUSTRALIA!!!
