Great hotel in a top location. Friendly hosts, comfortable and clean rooms with everything we needed. Photos on booking site are very accurate. Amazing value for money, highly recommended!

The hotel itself is in a quiet place so the wasnt any noise in the night. The room itself was very big and clean and the staff was very sweet and helping and gave us water and ice when we asked and the price for fair and in generall everything was to our satisfaction.

In the lobby and the reception there isnt always people and usually quiet but we managed to talk with them throu whatsapp but it will be nice if there will be more staff in the lobby for emergeny and to talk with someone in person more than whatsapp Also a bit far from the old city- around 15-20 minutes but other than that it was great

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely Vina! Her joy and enthusiasm made our stay 10x better! The room was comfortable and clean. We booked a cooking class as well there and it was very authentic! Vina was brilliant and made the experience very wholesome! Her knowledge and helpfulness was outstanding! We would definitely come back just to see her! Best experience we’ve had since traveling Vietnam for a month!

Room smelt a little funny but didn’t bother us!

The hotel is a good value, no doubt. They kind, almost to kind, it feels like a bit forced. ( Better if not though..)

But there are things which made our stay a bit, so - so. The laundry example. It came back very wrinkled, all were pushed into a bag and had no pleasant smell. It had no detergent, therefore the spots were still on the clothes. So don't do laundry. The cleaning...it's rapsodic. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, sometimes water, sometimes not ( not understanding the sequence). We had a neighbour with crying babies, promise to change the room..but at the end, no change because someone else booked it. I guess that is just bad luck. I'm not an easy guest because I work in the industry, so I guess I'm critical. Maybe to critical. Final conclusion: It's value for money, but they want to build up your bill..that is the business side of it. The cleaner has to do more than just what you see. Forget the laundry
