House by the sea Hoi An Villa

New, modern, clean. Hosts are so welcoming , friendly and helpful an absolute delight. They keep the property in top condition

No bedside lights but that’s fairly common in Vietnam

We booked several apartments together with friends and can highly recommend this accommodation! The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and were always available whenever we had questions or needed any help. Whether it was airport transfers, organizing day trips, or renting electric scooters, the hosts could arrange everything at very fair and reasonable prices. The entire complex is very new, modern, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved the clean swimming pool and the fact that our room had direct access to it. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away (although some construction work is currently taking place there following the storm in 2025), and Hoi An town centre is only about 10 minutes away by Grab or electric scooter. We felt completely comfortable and almost like home throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

This place will forever have a place in my heart. As a solo female traveller, I felt very taken care of. Hồng and her family run a very clean and well kept and comfortable place to stay. She brought fresh fruit and juices to my room just to be kind and had wonderful recommendations for nails and massage. I would stay longer if I could 15/10 no notes.

Nothing. This place was lovely.
