Absolutely EVERYTHING! The kindness of the team was incredible, nothing is too much trouble. It felt just like home. This is a brand new property, and is kept spotlessly clean. Hồng is so kind and such a beautiful soul. I’ve been in Vietnam for over 2 months and Betel is by far the best place I have stayed. I cannot wait to return.

We spent 2 weeks at this property, and couldn't have been happier! The warm attention given to us by the staff (esp. the manageress, Hong, and the lovely cleaning lady), the quality of the room and all fittings and furnishings throughout the property, the spotless cleanliness, the salt-cleaned pool, the breakfasts, the comfortable bed - everything was at an exceptionally high level. An Bang beach is a short walk away, the delightful town of Hoi An is a short taxi ride away, and there are plenty of mini-markets, tailors, restaurants etc on the nearby high steet.
We truly did not have a single complaint during our stay.

The property is beautiful. Very clean and the pool is very nice. The family apartment with bunk beds is a great layout for families. We loved everything about our stay here.
