Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kassiopi. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was small but perfevt for cooling off. The room was small but stunning.

The hotel was immaculate. Staff were really friendly. They were really good when we had to cut our stay short due to family illness.

Convenient and central with helpful staff.

The location in Kassiopi was excellent, right in the centre. There is also car parking at the hotel which is very useful as there is very little in the town. We had a family room which was 2 rooms and a bathroom with a small balcony overlooking the breakfast terrace and the pool. The staff are kind and attentive and helped us with information and booking taxis. Breakfast was good enough and available until 11.00.There was a book exchange which was great.

The hotel could be styled a bit better I found it a bit stark and brutalist but tbh not a big deal.

Excellent

Excellent staff, check in and parking. Up graded to a suite with great facilities and space. Pool area and outside space well thought out On arrival the two Jo’s were amazing, friendly and professional couldn’t do enough to help on the afternoon of leaving again they went above and beyond to help with shower facilities for our late departure. Maria facilitated the overall experience with charm and great customer service Very good breakfast

Nice vacation stay

Good location on the main tourist street with private parking. Friendly staff was trying to do their best to fulfill our needs. Excellent breakfasts!

The bathroom was too small and badly planned, after taking shower the water was all over the floor. Corner room heats up by sun a lot, but luckily air conditioning did help.

Location was great and room was clean

Room was really small and cramped and no where to hang dresses. Pool area was a lot smaller than it looks on the photos and not enough sun beds. Also the sunbeds that were there were always saved by someone else

Very good

Good location. Charming village. A lot of restaurants, bars and shops near by, the beaches are 3 to 10 min walk. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. A small hotel, pretty cozy atmosphere.

We got the suite with two rooms but only one room, the living room, has aircondition, so you have to sleep with open doors between the rooms since is really hot, and the whole point of getting the two rooms is to get privacy, so that's a bummer 😞. The toilet seat was loose and it was not possible to keep it straight up while sitting or it fell off once one sat up. Otherwise the room is really nice with a nice balcony. Since you are in the middle of town it can get noice at night but it's ok once you close the doors. I would recommend this place but they should really pay attention to this small but important details so the price you pay gets reflected in the service you receive.

Relaxing 7 night stay

We have just returned from a 7 nights stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms very comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Hotel is located between the harbour and village square. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will be returning and would highly recommend.

We loved the location and the smaller boutique style hotel

Its a newly renovated hotel. My biggest moan was the toilet seat lid that did not stay up. Surely its something that should have been seen to when the build was done (cleaning staff should have been reporting it from the onset)

Melina Oasis - A welcoming hotel.

Welcoming and very attentive/helpful staff, very clean and spacious room. Great selection at breakfast. Location was awesome, literally a 5 minute stroll to the harbour for bars and restaurants.
