Lovely views, way to quiet despite being well booked. Not for the younger crowd unless you want a

Breakfast was nice, location was very good with amazing beach access and sea views. in saying that our immediate view was of a dirty roof structure just below our balcony. The barfood and bar service was very good.

Staff were not rude although they were minimalist with no desire to make small talk, the lad making the omelettes on the breakfast buffet was the exception and a pleasure to speak with. The bars lack athmosphere with an older crowd being the majority during our stay, despite music being played one evening which was enjoyable it stopped at 10pm which is too early in my opinion.

Great place for relaxing

I arrived late in the evening and was informed my room had been upgraded to a room with a swim up pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh, plentiful and had lots of options. A few minutes walk from the bus stop and the supermarket. Walk straight onto the beach from the hotel for amazing sunsets.

I had a shower drainage issue with my bathroom one evening but it was rectified immediately.

Fantastic and coming back next year

I thought the hotel was gorgeous and when we got there we had such a lovely surprise the hotel had upgraded us free of charge to rooms with a swim up pool

The lock on the door was hard to unlock took ages to open it on room 126

Nice hotel , friendly staff shame about mosquitoes on this visit

Spacious , nice pools , good food options , family friendly and located near nice tavernas on the beach. Local town 5 mins walk has all your shopping needs and a few bar/ restaurant options.

Unfortunately from the third night they had a significant number of mosquitoes which came out from sunset. I understood from locals there is prohibition on spraying and local conditions have meant there are a lot this year. It’s not the properties fault per say but as my wife has a severe allergic reaction to them it was not ideal for us. I am sure they will take more action to reduce this problem

Nice property in a ghost town

Nice garden with flowers and palm trees. They have chargers for electric cars with good price. Both restaurants are on the beach and they have good food at good prices. Kids friendly with very useful pools. Beach is equipped with sunbeds (fee).

Mosquitos were a real problem. We couldn't spend any evening in the garden, at the terrace or even enjoy the dinner. It completely destroyed our evenings as there is no other option to spend time in that location, so we had to go to sleep very early. The room is not quite the pictures, and it needs a bit of maintenance, especially in the bathroom which we found outdated, dirty and difficult to use. TV is old, small and useless. The beds are separate and uncomfortable, so once the sun is down, you hardly wait for the next day to leave the room. Breakfast and dinner are average. They have tables only for families and if you want to sit with your friends they do not allow larger tables. Parking is outside the compound, in the open sun and only half of it is asphalt. Acharavi is basically dead with very poor entertainment available. It takes 1h to get there from the airport or the ferry and the roads are small, busy and terrible.

A wonderful experience

The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very nice. I got a room upgrade because I stayed for 1 week. The rooms are large, bright, the bathrooms are large and very clean. The breakfast is very good and variated. The pools are very large. The restaurants have very good food and are next to the beach where you can admire a dream sunset.

A Nice Beachside Spot for Families

We loved the beachfront location — it offered a stunning view, especially at sunset. The food was diverse and delicious, with something for everyone. We visited with our two young children (2 and 6 years old), and they enjoyed the playground and the pools, which made the experience even more enjoyable for the whole family.

Bliss. We want to return sometime.

The resort was so relaxing and felt calm. There's so much room with the beach, pools, dining options that it never felt busy. The resort is right on the beach so the location is ideal and it's a short stroll to nearby beach restaurants and bars. The bus stop is just outside on the main road and it was very cheap to visit nearby resorts and Corfu town which is beautiful.

Everything was perfect with the hotel. We loved the beach side restaurant but think the location of the bins spoiled some fabulous sunset photos. Also we got a lot of mosquito bites one night so be sure to put on protection beforehand. The town is a working town.

We fell in love with this place

Spacious and comfortable rooms, accessibility, updated facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, two very nice restaurants on site, sunset dinners on the beach, live music, and most importantly very friendly and attentive staff🫶🏼

The hotel is amazing. It has beach and pools and 3 restaurants. What makes this place perfect is staff. Amazing service by the pool by Natalia. The Thines team is just perfect, we had there amazing drinks and always felt welcome. From restaurant team we would like to thank to Andreas who took care of us for the whole week. Big thank you also to the hostess who tried always to find the table for my family of 6 and Petros who welcomed us every evening with big smile. We enjoyed and get rested. The rooms are regular size with balcony and bath. The great thing is to rent the beach towels for 10 e which you get back when returning. The food was good. We are not food pickers. Even the hotel is big it seems very quiet and there are always spots available at the beach or by the pool.

The rooms need bit repair. The shower was splashing water all over room. The internet in the room is not working. But it didn't ruin our stay.

Superb

Very nice and maintained hotel complex made from several complexes of buildings just on the beach. We had 2 rooms connected with small kitchen. Stuff was amazing, friendly and always willing to help. It was just start of the season, hotel was almost empty, but we enjoyed it so much.

There was unpleasant smell when we entered the room, but after we put some fresh air it diminished. There was a small light- evacuation? We couldn't turn it off in the night. But in overall there was nothing to complain about.

Perfect stay with small children just ask for ground floor if you have pushchair

Good location, very helpful and friendly staff and good food I was travelling with my mom and 2 small children and I felt very safe in property.

That you have to pay for beach beds and the beach wasn’t that clean That with 2 small babies I got room in second floor so I was going every day down and up with bogey and 2 small children I found out that when you book you ask for a ground floor

breakfast was very very good for me there wasnt enough vegetables only sliced tomatos and cucumber i needed more range to make myself a salad everything was clean and quiet and lovely

Quiet, sunny, good food, slightly disappointed with the beach although there were loads of beds.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning team were none stop and there was a lot of choice at breakfast. It's much better to have a room nearer the big pool or the hotel as the rooms that were in the annexes were not great. I asked to move and it was done immediately. The beach staff were great and the food in the Filorian taverna was very tasty. There were a few independent tavernas along the beach which were good and had a great relaxed atmosphere.

The location was a bit out of the way. The strip of shops outside the Hotel were either supermarkets or tourist attraction shops. The sandy beach was really a pebble beach but there had been a rough sea which brought more pebbles onto the beach, but there were a lot of pebbles. You need beach shoes. It was very quiet at night. The hotel complex was beautifully maintained, but you really could have been anywhere.

Great place to get rested.

Complex is beautiful and luxurious. Got it own part of the beach, which is very nice. Breakfast and dinner's bufet was full of variety in the same time they kept high quality of the food. Service was very professional, it make you feel kind of special and spoiled.

Complex as big as Acharavi Hotel could get over paying for some things, especially when you book three nights in their best and most expensive room. They want you to pay for drink/beverages for dinner, including water or for using tennis cort. Massage service was expensive and took barely over 40 minutes instead of 55.

Misleading but enjoyable

Breakfast was nice with a huge variety. Most of the staff were amazing and very friendly. Closeness to the beach was great. The minimart on site was handy with mostly everything you need. Pools were big eith lots of sun loungers.

The bed bugs. Also didn't like the fact we paid very expensive and got a room we didn't book, after complaining we were moved but still not to the room we booked and paid for. Half the facilities on the booking weren't in the room. Older lady evening waitress was extremely rude in the Thines Restaurant, my partner ordered the steak to be cooked medium we expect the steak was frozen as it was raw on the inside snd overcooked on the outside, when mentioned we were told it was medium by this waitress when it clearly wasn't.

Great family destination

Top notch location for a family, the beach next to it is splendid and the sand is great for children to play with, waters are shallow enough so that small children can confortably play without risk as well. You also have a fair choice of pools and more than enough long chairs to find one to relax without having to fight for it. The staff was quite helpful with renting a car and minor requests, and the breakfast/dinner service was excellent. The buffet menus are nice and varied enough that you can always try something new everyday. It's also a great location to go along the beach and try the many restaurants surrounding the place, there are some great ones with delicious fresh fishes and seafood.

Having to pay for water for dinner and a long chair by the beach when you are in half-pension with breakfast and dinner included is honestly disappointing, but it seems that it's the way things are run everywhere. The room's AC was quite noisy, and there was a faint smell of dirty water coming out of the bathroom's pipes.
