Perfect relax location

The location is perfect! Beautiful area, good restaurant, nice quiet place.

This Filorian hotel is an older building which will be upgraded to the other buildings premium level, but now it is older in furnitures, etc. But exactly what we expected for the cost.

Amazing Stay – Beautiful Resort, Friendly Staff, Great Value

Filorian Hotel Apartments belongs to Acharavi Beach Hotel, a very modern and beautiful resort with a great and rich breakfast buffet. You can also add a dinner buffet for €24 per person – the selection was large and everything was delicious every single day. The staff are truly friendly, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better. We booked a beachfront view at Filorian Hotel and got a room on the first floor – I’m sure it had the best view in the entire resort. The price for the room was excellent, we really got a great deal. Even though the room could use a bit of renovation, it was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two pools, suitable for both children and adults, and the sandy beach is just a few steps away. Our kids could go independently between the beach and the pool without any problem. Umbrella with two sunbeds cost €6 per day, and the king-size canopy beds are €24 per day including two coffees and a big bottle of water – definitely recommended. There are two restaurants and bars directly by the beach/pool areas to choose from. The staff were wonderful, prices were very reasonable, and there was no loud music – just nice background music, with some live music on certain nights, which was great for families with children. The resort itself is huge, offering a playground, tennis courts, ping-pong, another pool, and a gym. We also booked massages for both adults and children, which were fantastic and very reasonably priced. The best surprise for us was discovering that the resort has its own tortoises. Since we are big turtle/tortoise fans, it felt as if this place was meant for us! :) All in all, I must say I have never been this satisfied with a hotel booking. I can only highly recommend this place: great location, excellent value for money, friendly staff, and so many amenities.

The room could use some repairs, but this didn’t bother us much. It would also be great to have mosquito nets on the kitchen and bathroom windows, since there are quite a lot of mosquitos in the area.

Family of 4, 2 kids. We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. There are three swimming pools, everything you need is within easy reach, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices – the fresh fruit was absolutely delicious. The beach is right in front of the property, sandy (not rocky), and the sea was clean. with our rental car, stunning beaches like Akoli Beach just 20 minutes away Highly recommended!

We stayed in one of the Florian Apartments, located in a very charming building within a newly renovated complex managed by ABH. Unfortunately, our bathroom was quite old and had leakage issues. The apartment itself was spacious but in need of some refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Another downside was the presence of mosquitoes – perhaps a disinfestation would help.

Amazing outdoor facilities for the perfect chill holiday

The hotel is located on the Acharvi Beach Hotel complex which comprises of three pools and also includes a delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel has a pool directly behind it which leads onto the beach. There are also sun loungers which you can use by the pool for free. There are bars and restaurants very close as well. Everything you need in one place! The hotel also had facilities to store our luggage and showers for us to use after check out which was really useful. The hotel is accessible via the A3 bus from Corfu airport (~2 hours) and Corfu old town (~1.5 hours). The bus also takes you back to NEAR the airport (the bus terminal) from which you can easily access the airport via number 15 bus. Note: bus only accepts cash on board.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable but was fine for 2 nights. The apartment itself it quite outdated and could do with a referb, especially the kitchen.

Good place, will visit again

Very good place on the beachfront, close to Acharavi town center A great tavern located within the hotel, offering excellent service and delicious food. Great breakfast. Decent pool with free sunbeds (the ones on the beach are paid) Spacious rooms Very long beach, great for morning walks. Lots of excellent taverns within walking distance (on the beach, go east).

Asked them to change a lightbulb on Wednesday. When I left on Saturday, it was still dark in the bathroom. The parking is way too small The kitchenettes are tiny and poorly (and unevenly) equipped. The beach is covered with stones (you can move 500 meters west, it is better there)

I recommend this place for all types of people especially for those with kids because it is placed in front of the beach

Location in front of the beach, very clean and very nice and staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Three pools for kids and adults and 2 for small children. It is part of ABH hotel and we got access to entire complex which is very big and nice.

I liked everything. Maybe only the mosquitos between 09:00 PM - 10:30 PM 🙂

A great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

It is a perfect place to stay to relax, it has everything you might need. Sea, swimming pools, sunbeds, a tavern and a restaurant, excellent breakfast, kind staff and beautiful, flowery, green garden. At our arrival we got upggraded to a 4 star apartment, it was beautiful and spacious, with compfy beds, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach side Hotel & Apartments

The location was perfect, right om the beach, with sunbeds, umbrellas etc but there were also 2 swimming pools for the hotel & apartments use, also with sunbeds & showers & changing facilities . Our ground floor apartment had more or less everything we needed for self catering, although we mostly ate out at local tavernas. The apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious. The only criticism was that the kitchen & bathroom were a bit dated & needing upgrading. The lounge/ bedroom was fine & had obviously been renovated quite recently. One of the highlights of our stay at The Filorian was the fantastic hot & cold buffet breakfast. it was included in the cost of the apartment, most unusual but very much appreciated.- loads of choice, all fresh & nicely prepared or well cooked. The staff in the hotel couldn't be more helpful or friendly, also in the bars & restaurants, with excellent food & drink. There was music or entertainment most nights, again very good. Very near to the centre of Acharavi with supermarkets, shops, bars, tavernas, trips to book & bus stops to Kassiopi, Roda, Sidari & Corfu Town. There was a family of adorable, cheeky kittens there too, who were getting fed by hotel staff & some guests too! We would love to return sometime & will recommend to friends & family.

Staff were really nice and responsive. You can use the Achravi Beach Hotel amenities which is great. Breakfast is superb and the location on the beach is great.

The room is so outdated, old and unspoilt. Shower was renovated but had some kind of old electricity switch inside the shower itself that wasn't removed. Shower screen door was broken. No toilet paper dispenser. Room has nothing but a bed and a closet, no pictures or atmosphere. Night stand lamp was pink with pink light, you can't really read with it. Beds are not comfortable at all. Our backs hurt after the first night. Kitchen had no soap, rag or anything basic. You have to buy everything. In general the room is not nice to stay at. It was depressing. Overpriced for what you get. The only good thing I can say were the hotel staff that were super nice and responsive when we told them we don't want to stay in the room. We eventually upgraded to the ABH hotel which saved our trip.

The location is amazing. There's also a great pool, the beach is very nice. Excellent breakfast, new towels and cleaning service every day. Spacios rooms.

I didn't like that I got a room with old furniture and also there was a strange smell in the room. The fridge and stove were rusty. It was disappointing at the begining, but I took the positive side. The hotel has kept the traditional style and I really like it, but I think they should do some renovations(painting the walls) at least in room 1116 and they should get rid of that smell, but not using a perfume, it only covers the smell for a few hours. I'm pretty sure that some of the rooms are a 3 stars , but mine wasn't just because of those rusty things.

Aaawesome! The hotel is old it seems but very comfortable. Apartments have dedicated rooms and even kitchen (old but still). Rooms are clean and nice and you don't think about hotel age at all ))) The sea view apartment on second floor is super. Great view to the sea and sunset.

It's not that we didn't like it but it should be considered that Filorian is not on its own now. It is a part of Acharavi Beach Hotel (ABH). So everybody who arrives to hotel is challenged with looking for reception ))) There is no one in Filorian - you should go to the ABH. At the same time its a plus that you have access to additional pools, sun beds etc. Though we used only Filorian part - it's more cozy in Filorian )

Location is great, right next to sandy beach with pool. 2 min walks to convenience store, 5-6 mins from Main Street with supermarket. Pool bar is nice. Staff is very nice and friendly especially the cleaning lady.

Apartments are a bit dated with appliances, etc. could use some maintaining, touch ups. also the food at the pool bar not great but next door the tavernas are good for a bite. many restaurants about a 10 min walk down beach. When walking to town main street there is not a sidewalk on the road so you have to share with car traffic.

We had both a sea view apartment and a studio. Go with studio which is cheaper and he apartment is very big for just a couple. The two sisters that worked in the bar/restaurant were very friendly with great service.

The rooms were abit dated but the bathrooms had been recently renovated. Need to put a sponge and stopper in the kitchen so you can clean your own dishes.

The location is great especially traveling with kids. One pool is right next to the Greek Taverna which makes dining out a really relaxed experience. The kids jumped in the pool right after their ice creams allowing us to have another glass of wine in relative peace :-) Irini, Antonia, Yiannis & Katerina of the Greek Taverna are the best! Heartwarming hospitality and extremely welcoming for kids (a big THANK YOU to all of you)! Food in the taverna is fresh and very tasty. Coffees are just great. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The cleaning ladies were amazing. We did not expect daily service!

We knew upfront that the rooms are really outdated (and they really really are, nothing inside the room is 'nice'). As long as you use the rooms just for sleeping it's okay. Airco works well, it's quiet and dark. Kitchenette is quite poor and only facilitates making a yoghurt or a simple sandwich.

We booked to Filorian Hotel Apartments, and were upgraded to neighboring Acaharavi Beach Hotel of the same owner. It was really a nice surprise. So actually this review is for Acharavi Beach Hotel. The beach is only few meters from the swimming pool and the hotel, so if you want to save the cost of sunbed on the beach, you can use one near the pool, free of charge. Because of Covid 19, we had to test for the virus before leaving, and conveniently a doctor or nurse came to the hotel to make the test. There is a small supermarket outside the hotel and a big one about 200 meters away, so we could buy all we needed. The small kitchen in the studio was fine for us to prepare breakfast and sometimes dinner. Really pleasant vacation.

Great location, helpful staff and good value for money - we'll be back!

The location right by the beach and only a 3 min walk from Acharavi's main street was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious and rather cheap with a great view on the seaside and the Albanian mountains and more generally the hotel had good enough facilities (eg a nice pool, a garden, parking space etc) all while remaining rather small and feeling intimate. My partner and I had a fantastic week there and we'll definitely come back!

Wunderbarer Strand mit 2 Liegen und Schirm für 6 Euro! Wir waren direkt am Strand nur durch den Pool getrennt. Die Zimmer waren etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren von früher einen Sandstrand gewohnt und jetzt wurden 'Steine aufgeschüttet.

Чудова локація, море дуже близько. Це було добре для батьків. Чудові сніданки, дуже багаті і ситні, все завжди в наявності. Кімнати потрошки реновують, але ще не всі. Загалом добре. Дуже приємні дівчата на ресепшн. По кожному питанню допомогли і привітно підказали. Дякую!

Ліжко для третьої особи диван. Був взагалі без матрасу. Дуже не зручне. Одну ніч ще можна, але набагато більше ніж одну ніяк. Матрас був наданий на прохання, що дуже покращило ситуацію. Зважування багажу за додаткову плату 2євро. Справа не в двох євро, але, те що їх потрібно шукати готівкою, що дуже не зручно , якраз під час чекауту і трансферу під готелем. Було б добре, якщо вони були включені в ціну або розрахунок карткою. Але дівчина на ресепшн зробила все можливе, щоб і це пройшло безболісно. Тож ще раз дякую.

Die Apartments haben 3 Sterne aber das Hotel hat 4 Sterne die Anlage hat 3 Pool. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und reichlich. Für die Erkundung der Insel sollte man einen Leihwagen nehmen.
