The Perfect Getaway!

Sauber, aber viel zu teuer

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, die Anlage war sehr sauber. Der Pool war einladend gestaltet und man hatte genügend Liegen am Meer.

Das Personal war leider unmotiviert und teils unfreundlich. Das Essen war okay, aber nichts Besonderes, und die Cocktails schmeckten nicht wirklich. Die Liegen am Pool und Strand waren teils kaputt und unbequem. Die Restaurants auf dem Hauptplatz wirkten ungemütlich. Zudem hatten wir ein großes Wespenproblem, wodurch ein Essen im Freien kaum möglich war. Ich würde dem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben und würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

The perfect vacation.

Mostly the variety of swimming pools, especially the pool near the country house. The aquapark ,the different restaurants, the tasty food and variety, the gardens, the coffee, the beach area, flowers, zoo- Everything 😀, the evening shows, the large space in the complex.

The massive attack of moscitos was awful . This happened every day.

Schönes Hotel, Zimmerausstattung leider enttäuschend

Schöne, großzügig angelegte und gepflegte Anlage mit viel Platz für Kinder zum Toben. Die Beach Bar und der Bereich rund um den Palm Pool sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet und laden ebenso wie die Lobby und das Buffetrestaurant zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die modernen Geräte im Indoor-Fitnessbereich. Auch die Spa-Anwendungen waren hervorragend. Das Buffet war insgesamt in Ordnung – die Salate und Desserts haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig und praktisch geschnitten, hat insgesamt aber nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Leider entsprach die Ausstattung des Zimmers nicht den Bildern – hier wurde unserer Meinung nach etwas zu stark nachbearbeitet. Es fehlten Sitzmöbel, Kleiderhaken, Tischlampen und ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Auch dekorative Elemente wie Bilder oder Zimmerpflanzen, die auf den Fotos zu sehen waren, waren nicht vorhanden. Die Fotos auf der Website wecken daher falsche Vorstellungen bzw. Erwartungen. Die Minibar bestand lediglich aus einem unter dem Schreibtisch abgestellten Kühlschrank, während der Schreibtisch selbst als Ablage für Kaffeemaschine, Gläser und Tassen diente, wodurch der Platz dort sehr eingeschränkt war. Insgesamt wirkten die Möbel im Familienzimmer eher einfach und entsprachen nicht dem Standard, den man bei fünf Sternen erwarten würde. Das Mittagessen an der Beach Bar hätte zudem etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ein kleiner Spielplatz mit Klettergerüst hat uns leider gefehlt.

Great place to stay

The place is beautiful, staff is friendly, is a city in an hotel, we had a lot of fun and also relaxed a lot. Is great for families, couples, friends, the place is so big and has so many places to be that is suitable for all.

We booked two restaurants and would say I would prefer to have stayed at the buffet restaurant. The traditional restaurant didn't have reservations for the days we were there so they recommended a restaurant outside of the hotel. We decided to go and were a bit disappointed, the dishes served were not traditional and was not worth it. The other one we tried was the Botanical Fine Dining, the food was not bad, but this restaurant is open air which means mid-meal we were hit by a wave of mosquitos and we couldn't finish the meal. Is not the hotel's fault but was not nice. Maybe change the Fine Dining to other place, maybe closed space. Also the staff was too much, we had 4 people there just surrounding our table, filling our glasses every time we took a sip, which was very inconvenient. For the room, only thing I didn't like was the AC being too noisy and beds could be more comfortable.

Un séjour ressourçant et inoubliable 🌿

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en couple dans ce magnifique hôtel, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Les restaurants sont excellents, on y mange très bien, et les piscines sont splendides. Le vrai plus : la possibilité de faire du yoga, de jouer au tennis, de profiter d’un spa remarquable, sans oublier les toboggans et la lazy river qui sont un pur bonheur ! Les jardins sont entretenus à la perfection, le chiringuito est top et l’ambiance générale respire la sérénité. Seul petit bémol : les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, mais tout le reste est absolument impeccable.

L’espace est magnifique, les piscines , le personnel, la plage privée, le parc aquatique sont vraiment t top !

Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas dîner dans l’un des restaurants (asiat, grec ou fine dining) , les 3 étaient complets . Apparemment il faut réserver des jours à l’avance et ça je ne le savais pas . C’est dommage car pour le prix qu’on paie on veut profiter de l’expérience complète. Sinon j’aurais pris un hôtel moins cher et serait aller manger dans un bon resto à l’extérieur … La nourriture du buffet est souvent trop salée et les cocktails trop sucrés .

Tolles Hotel für Familien mit allem was man braucht

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß, aber durch die vielen kleinen Gebäude wirkt es nicht zu groß. Es gibt viele sehr saubere tolle Pools für alle Altersklassen. Liegen waren immer verfügbar, allerdings nicht immer im Schatten. Die Rutschen im Aquapark waren für unsere Tochter das Highlight. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal war meist sehr freundlich.

Im Bad waren uns etwas zu wenige Haken oder andere Möglichkeiten, etwas aufzuhängen. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert, aber auch auf niedrigster Temperatur war es nicht wirklich kalt.

Disappointing trip with our family for my birthday.

It was very large and had good variety of pools and the water park was great for the kids. The staff were also excellent and I couldn’t fault them.

There’s a lot that I had issues with. But mainly it was the cleanliness, the cost of the holiday and the basic rooms that we had. I’ve never stayed in a 5* resort that was so dated and so basic. The rooms were large but again - the pillows and sheets and everything in the rooms could have been better. Additionally, the cleaners didn’t clean the floors at any point and they were filthy when we got to our rooms. I asked twice while there for the 7 days and it still didn’t happen. I was so disappointed. The mosquitoes are also a massive issue. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was so so so overrun by mozzies and wasps. They don’t spray the resort with any pesticides so that’s why there’s an insane amount. Even with spray, and precautions we were all still bitten. It was definitely not great to stay out at night and we didn’t stay out after dusk.

Superbe séjour d’été en famille: soleil, repos, sérénité

Tout était merveilleux. L’hôtel est magnifique et étendu dans la végétation, les piscines, la plage, les restaurants, on ne sentait pas qu’il y avait du monde car il n’y avait pas d’attente ni pour les transats ni au restaurant. Le personnel est adorable et le service fantastique. La salle de sport est remarquable et l’aquapark tres agréable pour les enfants et les adultes. Tout est joliment décoré, propre, accessible sans attente et le personnel aux petits soins. Le premier jour nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la nôtre était proche d’un endroit bruyant et en quelques heures l’hôtel a tout réarrangé pour nous dans une autre chambre très gentiment. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées car on entend les autres clients faire des allers et venues. La restaurant grill de plage pourrait offrir plus de choix car c’est un spot fantastique (par exemple des poissons ou autres plats).

To get into the sea you had to walk (2-3m) over a flat large slipery rock inside the sea that extended on almost all the length of the beach. Be aware of the mosquitos.

Keine 5 Sterne – eher 2! Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Ich würde eher 2 Sterne vergeben, wenn überhaupt. Essen: Das Essen war enttäuschend – geschmacklos und schlecht organisiert. Es gibt ein offenes Buffet und vier Restaurants, aber für diese Restaurants muss man früh morgens einen Termin an einem kleinen Schalter neben der Rezeption buchen. Das bedeutet: lange Wartezeiten, unmotiviertes Personal und Stress im Urlaub. Am Ende bekommt man in den Restaurants fast dasselbe wie am Buffet, nur auf einem Teller serviert. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Beim Check-in wird oft das schlechteste Zimmer angeboten. Nur nach langer Diskussion bekommt man eventuell ein besseres. Sauberkeit? Fehlanzeige. Es werden nur Handtücher getauscht – der Boden wird nicht gereinigt, Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, der Balkon oder Gartenbereich nicht gepflegt. Pool & Strand: Der Pool ist ständig überfüllt mit Kindern, Ruhe findet man dort nicht. Der Strand ist nichts Besonderes, es gibt in der Gegend definitiv schönere Alternativen. Die Lage ist insgesamt eher langweilig, man kann kaum etwas unternehmen. Personal: Viele Mitarbeiter sind demotiviert und wirken genervt. Bestellungen am Pool oder in der Bar dauern lange. Einige wenige geben sich Mühe – der Rest leider nicht. Cocktails? Katastrophe – die meisten schmecken nach nichts, eher wie Wasser mit Farbe. Fazit: Definitiv keine 5 Sterne! Für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels mit gutem Service, leckerem Essen und mehr Komfort. Wir haben nur 3 von 10 Tagen überhaupt im Hotel verbracht – sonst waren wir lieber außerhalb an anderen Stränden und in anderen Restaurants essen.

The food was amazing and swimming pool and aqua parks. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with the room booking, but the reception helped resolve it.

Il resort veramente ottimo, non mancava nulla. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene. C’era molto intrattenimento per i bambini. Lo consiglio per le famiglie!

L’unica nota negativa che mi dispiace fare, ho reclamato sia scrivendo e alla reception che mancava l’asciugacapelli in camera e mi avevano garantito che lo avrebbero fornito. Ma non e’ mai arrivato! Questo e’ stato un po’ fastidioso, perché abbiamo dovuto fare 10gg sempre con i capelli bagnati!

The entire resort does not match the advertised 5-star luxury experience and instead resembles a dated 4-star property at best with 3-star food. The 'restaurants' are just outdoor dining spaces and considering the volume of mosquitoes it was unbearable to eat there in the evenings. The buffet food selection is poor and rotation in very limited. The presentable side of the resort includes reception, spa and gym. The rest sits firmly in the 90s with tired, damaged furniture.

L’étendue de l’hôtel, la proximité de la plage, la gentillesse du personnel, le fait de boire et manger à toute heure, la piscine agréable, la beauté du lieu et du coucher de soleil, très adapté aux familles

La literie inconfortable, le housekeeping très moyen, la qualité moyenne de la nourriture par rapport au reste de l’Ile, le système de réservation pour les restaurants à la carte toujours complets, la lenteur du service (personnel tres gentil mais il faut demander plusieurs fois et s’armer de patience pour obtenir un café le matin)
