Great design but overall experience could be better.

Beautifully decorated rooms, modern vibe. Nice surroundings. Loved the jacuzzi in the balcony. Friendly staff, especially the bartender and the receptionists. Tasty breakfast. Enough parking spaces.

Some parts of the room seemed unfinished: like missing tiles and marks in the bathroom tiles, where stuff was hanged. Cleaning job/tidying up in the mornings was done quite poorly - bed was not even made nicely, floors were not moped. Quite a lot of dust of lesser used surfaces, dirty windows. On the day of arrival we found open water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods were missing. After informing the reception, they changed the bottle to another opened one (:D). The breakfast was repetitive, options and quantity were limited. Far from the sea by foot. On our last day we were informed that the hotel is about to be closed for winter season, hence the mistakes happened more often.

Small hotel, lovely rooms, pool area great, good breakfast and about 5 mins walk into town and 10-15 mins walk to the beach. The staff are professional and friendly with exceptional customer service.

The stay had some drawbacks with comfort and service

The pool area was quiet and relaxing

Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. The bed had a plastic sheet under the bedsheet, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The evening before departure, we asked if we could check out a bit later and were told it was fine until 12:00. However, on the day of departure, we received a call at 11:00 telling us to leave the room immediately. The rooms do not look as nice in reality as they do in the photos. We stayed as three guests but were only ever provided with two towels, so we constantly had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. On some days, housekeeping simply forgot to clean the room at all. Breakfast was very limited in choice. The salads were not washed properly and even had soil on them.

The room was a good size for a family of 4 and nice with a separate bedroom. It was quiet and had two nice pools. Breakfast was nice Staff were very nice

For a 4 star hotel it felt a bit basic for the money. The snack food and evening meal in the restaurant was not great food considering how good the local food is. The ambiance of the restaurant also lacking. The cocktails are tiny (especially aperol) and cost a lot, albeit tasty! Nobody helped with our bags

Overall a very nice hotel

The hotel is very nice , modern , clean, the pool is also good. We had the harmony suite room with jacuzzi that we liked.The furniture in the room is new and the bathroom also

They said the hotel had electric charging station for the car . It was there, but it didn’t work and they didn’t know what to say about it. Also the breakfast was good, but with very few options. The cleaning in the room could do some improvment, we stayed for 7 days and the bed sheets weren’t changed and the floor was mopped only one day

Lovely picturesque retreat close to facilities

Location was perfect, peaceful and chilled. We stayed in the new section which was spacious, clean and super comfortable. Staff were lovely, surroundings beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great; if I was being really picky it would have been nice to have some free water in our room as this fairly standard these days. Also an area of poorly laid fake grass by the pool was a little disappointing in comparison to the lovely surroundings but suspect this just needs finishing off to incorporate decking, and neither distracted from a fabulous holiday.

Amazing experience a must visit if you’re in Corfu

Facilities were very nice and the staff are very helpful, if we were to visit Caulfield we would definitely be back in this hotel. There was two pools and we had our own hot tub which was amazing. We booked the honeymoon suite. They even gave us welcome drinks which were complimentary, they have a gym and a spa which you can use to shower after you’ve checked out if you need

We requested the room to be decorated to celebrate our anniversary, but that didn’t happen. We also requested late checkout before we went on holiday and they only responded back to us on the day that we had to leave and rejected it.

Everything you need, but better.

Great big pool with attention to detail. Pooldeck was beautifully and comfortably furnished, sunny all day long with a view on both the mountains and the sea. The rooms were designed spacious with an eye on comfort and quality. The staff were outstandingly friendly and polite providing a service with a personal touch. But truth be said, Zorba the adorable grey house cat is definitely the star of the hotel.

The breakfast should have a little more variety since it’s basically the same everyday, coffee machine should be replaced with a better/more qualitative alternative or complimentary from the machine at the bar to match the overall high quality experience of the hotel.

Very good

The room was a good size, was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast had a good variety of things.

There was not much natural shade around the new pool, it was quite stark and the heat from the sun very intense. Also this pool was open from 11.00am until 6.00pm so couldn’t be used during the cooler part of the day. There was no bar service at the second pool although it did have more natural shade. Breakfast did not have any fresh fruit despite the hotel marketing itself as a health and wellness choice which seemed a little strange. The bar snack menu was very limited and the sandwiches were very basic with cheap ingredients no garnish and expensive.

Simply Wonderful

My husband and I stayed in Room 210, the room was amazing, and had a beautiful view of the sea so we were able to watch the sunset. Overall the vibe was super serene and peaceful, the hotel was not very busy when we stayed so sometimes we were the only people at the pool or the restaurant which felt nice, like our own private resort. The rooms, dining area, pool area and reception were all gorgeous and modern, and the scenery was also stunning. The staff were great, including Joanna at reception and George and Leonardo at the bar. The breakfast was really delicious and included everything that you could want. It had a hot station as well as cold cheeses and meats and breads. The area around the hotel is awesome, and includes a lot of restaurants and bars to visit for lunch and dinner. There are also supermarkets nearby if you want some cheaper food options or are staying in the suites. The beach is about a 10-12 minute walk away so it was easy to visit by foot. My husband and I rented a car from the airport and drove to the property, and I am glad that we had a car to explore the surrounding area and the island a little bit more, but if you just want a relax by the pool type of trip, I don't think you need to rent a car, because everything is within walking distance. There was also a couple of friendly cats on the property and one of them had kittens when we were there, which was the cutest thing ever. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely return!

The only negatives I can think of are that the shower in the room did not drain very well, and water would get on the floor which I felt bad about, and the sun beds by the pool cannot be moved super easily, so it's not as easy to get into the shade or the sun if you want to. But they are super minor things.

Superb

The staff were all really nice. Breakfast was good. We had a nice garden view from our room. Quiet room. Aircon wasn't intrusive - we could actually sleep with it on! The apartment was spacious and it looked modern.

The kitchen annex could use a bit more cleaning. The fridge / freezer also known as minibar wasn't cooling our stuff properly - the good thing was that when we mention this to the lady at the reception she offered some storage in their staff fridge!

amazing hotel with amazing staff

- lovely staff; the receptionist lady (who visited China) was very friendly! she offered super helpful recommendations in terms of places to visit and eat - we went to all of them and loved them all! - amazing breakfast! i love the good variety of options in the morning from fresh fruits to pastry to yogurt etc. the jam is simply the best! - the hotel room is very clean and well thought out in design. shower is great! - the bath products are very comprehensive too! - 5mins to shops and restaurants; 15mins walk to the beachfront. - the cleaning lady is very nice too!

- during our stay in early August the hotel is under expansion, so the parts that are finished (some rooms, restaurant area, pool) were brand new; but you can see that remaining part is under construction - it is not dusty or noisy but the view could have been better once all is complete. the price has reflected the construction work though (despite still at the high end).

It was just what we needed if you are staying in one place for 7 nights.

The room was beautiful it has everything you need and better. Amazing bed and high tech devices. The view over the pool and the sea was great. The breakfast is the best and the service is incredible. I will never forget the enthusiastic ‘Kalimera’ (goodmorning) from Maria. The location is great if you don’t mind walking for 10 minutes to the beacg, but to see the entire island you have to rent a car/scooter anyway.
