The hotel seems to be quite new with nice facilities and rooms.

To be fair everything was great during our stay, but if I have to be really picky about something I would say the restaurant, could do with some management during peak times.

Very clean

Very well refurbished with a beautiful new look. It gives a bit of boutique hotel vibes. The location was amazing if you come with a car is around 20/30 min drive to be able to explore the island (if you don’t have a car you can easily walk towards the beach or relax in the swimming pool). I email them before hand to surprise my girlfriend and eveything was arrange with flowers, champagne and roses on the floor, really well done. The young barman we met who was only his second season treated the guest properly at a five start hotel level, searching for the proper drink you would like and making sure you can experience a nice night with the cocktails. To add that the carpark is actually quite spacious.

Is not what we didn’t like is more about what can be improved. As said in other reviews already the staff definitely need an extra trainning how to interact with guest in an all inclusive 4 star hotel. As an example they don’t even ask and they start to remove the plates and glasses even when we didn’t finish and you need to tell them to stop. The restaurant closing hours are a bit too early for someone who is on vacation, they definitely need to be extended by one more hour and add that they start to clean up the place already around 15/20 minutes before the time finish so they don’t even wait for you to pick up the food and you need to rush to eat when is supposed to enjoy the vibes either inside or outside of the buffet. Same counta for the oppening hours of the pool. As in other reviews indeed the food is almost the same every night the only thing changing was the salads and a bit of fruit. Speaking as a person who travelled a lot to Greece in the past I think the staff (greek nationalities and others) are missing the greek happy and relaxed vibe.
