Food in the main restaurant was very disappointing; hotel is very close to the main road which is very noisy - only covered up by loud DJ music

The pool area was nice - great to have a smaller/quieter pool option for a more chilled environment. House keeping were fabulous - thank you.
All inclusive food wasn't that nice, poor taste and limited healthier options as a lot of it was fried / oily / not tasty. Pool snacks and bar service was better! No beach nearby that was nice to spend the day at so needed to hire a car for beach days.

Local area not great, local beach not great, but only came for 4 days and didn’t really leave the hotel so wasn’t issue for us

Came across Cooks Club randomly and decided to try it out last year for the first time and loved everything about it. The variety of food choices are fab, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the vibes are just on point.
Only that we didn’t stay longer!

CCC was an oasis of serenity. The friendliest staff, great baristas and all service personnel. The pastry chef was the best of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.
Too much chlorine in the pools- didn’t seem to bother other guests but the smell was overwhelming.
Not enough umbrellas and beds around the pool.

Beautiful facilities, great entertainment nightly, lovely staff
Limited buffet options and drink options for all inclusive

The decor, the grounds, the staff, the vibe, the drinks, the food. I thought it was a great hotel, and would not hesitate booking again.
The only fault I could pick with this hotel was that the sunbeds could have been more comfortable, and that's if I am being super picky!

Rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast is amazing l, hotel staff is nice and helpful.
The pool gets very busy and hard to find loungers. The food at the pool bar isn’t great, the drinks part of the all inclusive package aren’t great either.
9.0 / 10.0
Staff very friendly, excellent bar service and options of drinks part of the all inclusive. Great size of room and options to have room refreshed frequently. Not sure on the strength of cocktails but they tasted great
Not much information given about what you can do around the hotel like tennis court, gym or the book in restaurant dinners. you have to go about asking for this and not really told when you first check in.
They had no tennis balls available to play tennis, not a bad point as wouldn't have been interested if the court hadn't been there

The facilities were great and the staff helpful and friendly. It is in a good location with easy access to little town if Gouvia and Corfu Town by taxi
Breakfast buffet was good
Lunch and dinner menus and meals were poor and lacking in inspiration. They were always cold.
Although both pools were lovely there were not enough beds which meant people got up early to bagsy their spot with their towels.
Definitely more beds required.

Good spa, 2 pools and a gym. Yoga and other gym classes are offered. Comfortable room. Wide variety of food and drink included.
Far from all tourist attractions- need to take a taxi.

I liked everything

Liked being able to order food online to table
One of our rooms was above bar area and was extremely noisy on first night of arrival, lots of noise travels

Amazing property, so well designed and looked after. Rooms are beautiful, supplied with great size balcony, mini fridge and robes, cleaned perfect every day.
The two pools are fantastic with the option of the DJ pool or quiet pool, great vibe.
The drinks were good, however cocktails included in the all inclusive are limited to Cook Clubs own ones, aperol and lemon spritz, bramble, Cuba Libre and 3 or 4 or there own signature cocktails. All beer wine spirits and soft drinks are included and unlimited.
The selection of food was incredible, breakfast had everything. Food served at bar via the app was nice and was changed menu every day.
Lunch and dinner was served inside in the lovely cantina restaurant and was order via the app and brought to the table via the lovely staff. The menu for lunch and dinner was quite expansive and had something for everyone. There was also a bar in this restaurant for drinks with dinner.
The smoke grill and the campiello a la carte are two other table service restaurants in site and you get a free meal with your stay here which you have to book during your stay. The food and service at these is amazing particularly the smoke grill by the quite pool.
Entertainment on every night if you wish to stay up, plenty of seats around for all the guests to enjoy there drinks.
Lovely little town and beach only 10 minutes walk away and old town was only 15 minutes by car, there is a bus or you can get a taxi for 30e
The hotel has a little shop on site too.
Not a lot to be honest it is amazing.
If my arm was twisted I was say the all inclusive could contain cocktails like mojitos espresso martinis etc. we had to pay 6e each when we wanted these. Also free water was only tap water bottle water was not included.
The mini fridge only included 4 bottles of water every day no other soft drinks or alcoholic drinks or snacks.
If you are staying poolside the music will be quite loud until after midnight. so maybe bring earplugs if you plan on having an early night.
I will say these things for us were very minor and we loved our stay.

The styling, the gym and the spa facilities only.
The marketing for the hotel is way better than the actual hotel. There is no bohemian vibe happening and the food isn’t good. I had two in-edible meals and mostly ate out after that. The snack bar food is better than the main restaurant and the main restaurant is made worse by the horrible additional of having to use an app to order food. Everyone staring into their phone at the dinner table is my worst nightmare, no-one should be forced to use a phone on vacation. Staff kept telling me it’s policy but I had already previously ordered from a menu like a restaurant should be.
The spa facilities are great, and the spa staff and so is the gym but the swim up pool was uncomfortably cold and not worth the extra money. The worst part was mainly the food and coffee, it’s not barista coffee like advertised on the website. I had better coffee at govinos Greek cafe across the road. The hotel taxis are also a rip off. The brand needs work to bring the real bohemian vibe.

The property is very clean. We stayed in the swim up room and everything from the staff, cleanliness, facilities, entertainment, location, food and locals were 10/10. We felt welcomed and the team were so hospitable.
There wasnt anything we disliked.

lovely hotel great rooms and communal areas
the food not great and didn't like the app

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was cleaned each day and fresh water given. The staff were all very helpful when asking for help.
The last few days of our stay we had the all inclusive facility, during lunch we were left sitting for 30mins tea before our order was taken even though the restaurant was not busy and the waitress had brought down drinks and menus.
A recommendation would be to have information of meal times on the tv menu as everything else seems to be there, on a few occasions we seen people turned away from the restaurant due to missing to times to order.

point of interest information not updated with the winter season

The hotel itself was beautiful and we loved the location and facilities e.g the pool, access to sun loungers etc.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and booked the hotel last minute. We made a note of this when booking and it was disappointing that the member of staff checking us in didn't even say congratulations.
Many times, members of staff made us to feel as though we were an inconvenience presumably because it was almost the end of season. The latter was felt through the entire stay. For example, when ordering drinks, they would continue their conversations and only serve us once they were done - as though we were an inconvenience.
The food was also disappointing in terms of the variety for an all-inclusive. For example, on our last evening, we were looking forward to the duck which was on the app. This got swapped with steak without any notice and we only found out once the dish arrived on our table. When the steak arrived it was served blue, we didn't get asked how we would like it cooked but this is probably because they didn't tell anyone of the swap. As a result, many people dinning sent the steaks back.
We also found out on the last evening that there was an a la carte option for dinning which we were never told at check in. All in all, considering the hotel was fully booked, we really thought he service and food would have been high. Disappointing for such a special trip for us.

We really liked the dj next to the pool, the drinks that are all in. The activitites that are offered. The breakfast buffet was nice and everything was very clean always.
The beaches nearby aren't that great and without a car there are not many activities to do in the nearby town (when you go out of summer season.)

The hotel design, the pool and the gym were very nice.
I think that when you pay for 5stars hotel you should receive a perfect service and food specially when is all included.
when I ask the reception at night for 2bottles of water they answer me that I should wait for the morning that the cleaning will give me.
and when we ask for iron, we had to wait one hour to get it.
another point - there is not enough parking, And almost all guests rent a car.
also the food wasn’t very tasty.

Attractively designed and spacious communal areas.
pounding DJ music from 11am to 1am - unable to sit around hotel pool due to noise
unable to enjoy poolside restaurant for lunch due to loud music
no escape from noise in our room
poor food offering the La Cantina

I loved the vibe of the hotel. I think it was super modern, very trendy and it was a great stay. Our room was nice, the staff were friendly.
I didn't mind the music, but it didn't feel very well fitting with the clientele. The food wasn't great. It was too hit and miss. One day I had raw pizza dough a huge risk for food poisoning, which no one seemed to get and another time raw chicken. They know the food isn't good enough as staff actually discussed it with us so why aren't they doing anything? I also find it strange that it's like a party during the day but absolutely nothing to do at night. There also aren't enough tables outside for people to sit for drinks.

Apart from the great decor, I had anINCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING stay here. To reiterate what was written in a previous review, COSTS A LOT FOR NOT A LOT. I wish I’d read the reviews before I booked… there are an enormous amount of bad reviews !!! The price tag does not align with the service and satisfaction and ease of this hotel. Its not 5 star !!!!! There are no waiters .. all restaurants and bar is self service. In an incredibly large hotel, I found this to be very frustrating that I had to be my own waiter given the cost per night. There are so many rules that work for the hotel but don’t serve the customer…. you can’t order here you can only order there.. you can’t eat there off this menu only there with that menu. You have to order off an app on your phone which is extremely frustrating to use. It wasn’t working.. I took my phone to the front desk, and the concierge couldn’t work it either. The staff are rude and couldn’t care less if you’re happy or not. They just shrug their shoulders and defend their so called ‘hotel policy’ which is not made clear anywhere prior to making a booking. The staff are not trained well in handling any kind of issue. It feels like they couldn’t care less. There’s cheap soap in the bathroom dispensers, no shampoo conditioner or any of the usual bathroom goodies that you’d expect in a hotel of this price or 5 star establishment… nothing other than a bottle of water in the mini bar, room service ends at 9.30pm and is not 24hrs and again only off a very limited menu, bad coffee out of a automated machine at breakfast, food is bad & heard other people around the hotel complaining about this too, & service is shocking. I wished I’d remained at my sweet little boutique hotel called Olive Grove Suites where I was staying prior to this… where it cost a quarter of the price and found their service exceptional.
everything except the decor

The attention to detail by the management.
It’s more of a couples resort.

new, modern families
the loud music that rattled the room. staff was never smiling, seemed busy at most bars but no one felt warm or happy to be there. Very rigid, I wanted to eat outdoors they wouldn’t allow me to leave the cafe area.
food was untraditional and the same everyday. after paying $1500 for 3 nights I felt the whole experience was a waste of money. also there is nothing near by and it’s a $30 euro taxi to and from the old town.

Spacious rooms with lovely decor! Really comfy And good size beds. Staff were really helpful and attentive when needed.
Good range of cocktails and drinks included in the inclusive cost. Great to have around the pool area.
Gym is lovely being completely open surrounded by greenery
It really shouldn't be five star, at most 4. Pay a lot , for not a lot. Food as most others have said was disappointing. Dinner was like a pasta I made at university with minimal ingredients made in 5min.
No conditioner available in bathroom or amenities kit. The light from the hallway comes right through under the door into the bedroom. I had to put a towel down to stop the light coming in against the door.
Shuttle to the airport only takes cash. But there is no ATM in the hotel or nearby. It wasn't even the hotel shuttle, I got given a local taxi. Charge was different each way as well by 5 euro. It arrived 20min late. Lucky my flight was delayed.
It's on a main highway and not close to beach. Rooms look out onto a back road and some houses. They only serve fresh roasted coffee after 10am, only crappy automatic machine drips..was disappointing. Just wanted a decent coffee before my flight.
