Was overall good but the room facilities require some maintenance. The staff is very helpful and willing to think along with you. However, one staffmember at the breakfast feels very fake in her way of trying to help.
The manager is superb! Really great personality.
The location is perfect right at the beach.

The location is really nice, the staff is amazing but the room needs little touches here and there to be a real 5 star hotel. Breakfast and restaurant are fantastic.

We recently stayed for three nights in a suite with a private pool. Overall, it was a rather mediocre experience.
The restaurant staff were fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The private garden and pool area was also lovely.
Despite being advertised as a pet-friendly hotel, we were surprised to find that the reception area does not allow dogs. This was particularly frustrating given that the hotel charges 20 Euros per day for pets. Upon arrival, we were made to wait outside in the sweltering heat (36 degrees) during check-in, with no offer of water for either us or our dog.
The half-board dinner, which was included in our stay, was underwhelming. The food was so mediocre that we decided to skip dinner on the third night and instead dined at a local restaurant.
