They disrespect your privacy, your personal things, your health. Never ever again this horrible toxi

The female owner and the housekeeper staff are some of the most creepy people I have met. They waited every day for me to leave the room, then they sneaked in the room, they went through all my personal things, moved them all as they pleased, spilled huge amounts of bleach everywhere, including on my clothes, which they completely destroyed with bleach stains. I told the owners repeatedly that I didn't like and didn't want anyone going into my room in my absence, let alone touching and moving my personal things and the next day they did the same thing again. And again every day. The whole "apartment" is a dirty, moldy hole, smells horribly of mold mixed with tons of bleach so my eyes were burning, could not breath, totally toxic place. Also, there are no curtains, only completely transparent piece of something, so everybody could see me from outside all day and night. The male housekeeper was looking inside at me every time he went by, he even opened the window from outside and threw a garbage bag inside my room, without a word or knocking. As it was a ground floor apartment, I closed the windows when I left, and every day when I returned all the windows were wide open! When I asked the female owner not to open the windows when I am not there as anyone could just get inside and take whatever they wanted, she treated me like a crazy person telling me that I "have too much fear". I don't recommend this place to anyone, they totally disrespect people, even if you repeat several times you don't want something, they purposely do it again and again. They disrespect your privacy, your personal things, your health. Instead of renovating and cleaning the property properly with non toxic cleaning detergent, they pour everywhere tons of cheap very toxic bleach so you spend your holiday breathing mold with bleach. Never ever again this horrible toxic place!!!!

Good price, cozy, homely feeling.

Good location, quiet at night, and close to the beach and local supermarkets. Great owners and a well-maintained yard. The rooms were a bit small, but it was fine for that price since we didn’t spend much time in them. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. What impressed us the most was that someone washed all our dirty clothes, which we had left in a separate bag. It was completely unexpected and incredibly pleasant to return from the beach and find all our clothes freshly washed and hung out to dry on the lines. I have never experienced such service in any other hotel.

A wonderful, comfortable, and peaceful place.

Very kind hosts - they welcomed us around 1 AM. The accommodation was excellent and quiet, with a great pool suitable for both children and adults. The rooms were cleaned every day, and there was air conditioning inside. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the sea, and there’s a beautiful promenade leading to the town center. We got the most out of this vacation and didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the hotel for having us - we highly recommend it!

Authenticly Greek!

The couple who ran it was great! They were exactly like I imagined a Greek couple would be! We had a great authentic dinner and breakfast.

Kind, homely place. Perfect for families. Beautiful garden and very clean rooms.

The hosts, Soulla and Dimitris were excellent from the beginning to the end. Soulla cooks a delicious Greek dish every day and the portions were so generous that both me and my daughter could share. A whole mixture of friendly families stayed there and my daughter made so many friends. The garden is beautiful, the pool and diving board are superb and there is also a games room with table football. The pool is open until late and is always safe. The whole atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed. This is definitely a place for families. I cannot recommend Marylin and Alessandros high enough. You will not be disappointed. Rooms are clean and the hosts even wash your clothes. 11/10

Friendly in a beautiful setting. Kids will love it here!!!

Loved everything about the place. Soulla and Dimitris were extremely hospitable and Soulla made a fresh, Greek dish every day which we were invited to enjoy. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she spent all day in the pool and garden and made many friends from all over. This is a great place for families and kids.

There was nothing I didn't like. I can't recommend Marylin and Alexandros apartments highly enough.

Exceptional

The owners of the apartments are warm and welcoming and make your stay special. Food is home cooked and delicious; some ingredients are provided by the farmer just around the corner. You'll pass tomatoes growing on your walk to the beach that you may be eating later in the day in a very tasty Greek salad. Our daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool and the freshly made doughnuts... We all appreciated the safe and family friendly environment and the enormous effort (including cooking a meal for our family and 13 of our friends who were staying nearby) that the family made to make our stay enjoyable. Amazing hospitality and small functional accommodation

The owners were the most welcoming, warm, friendly people you could meet. Their hospitality was exceptional and they looked after us like we were old friends! There was a small cafe/ bar which served delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was great and very family-friendly. Location was a 20 min walk away from Sidari centre / beaches, so it was quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe. The room was cleaned almost daily and we were happy with the hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Our room had 1 small toilet /shower room and 1 bedroom which the front door opened into, so it was quite small for two people. There was also a cooker / kitchen cupboards in the bedroom, but not much space to eat except outside on the balcony at the main door. The room was good value if you are really just using it to wash and sleep, and you want to spend most of your holiday out exploring Sidari.

The owners, Soula and Dimitris are incredibly welcoming, kind and dedicated. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I recommend without hesitation!

Pretty amazing

We only stayed one night, but it was definitely great. The owners reminded me of my grandparents and they were so welcoming and generous, making you feel like you're home. The room was spacious and had space for 4 people, even though we were only 2. The breakfast was great.

There was only ac in one of the rooms. The other had a fan. The shower didn't have a door. Small things really.

lovely family holidays.great place

Fantastic place to spend holidays with kids.Large clean pool.Quiet safe area.The owners were so friendly and helpfull that we felt like home.Lovely lady cooked soup especially for my 3yrs old daughter who has feeding issues.My son loved their home made pizza.Pool has different depth so kids can play safely.There is kids playing area near the pool and funny donkey just outside the property fence.I will definitely recommend Marylin to everybody.

Warm hearted people and peaceful place!

Owners were super friendly and sweet. Welcome drinks and warm talks made us feel welcomed. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location to relax and enjoy.

The thing I liked the most is the staff, they are one of the kindest staff that I've met, they try to do the best for their guests. The garden and the pool was amazing.

The rooms are not like in the pictures, they are a little old, they changed the apartment for me with a better one but still not a magnificent one but it was acceptable. But the worst thing that i met is the cleaning, for the room/bathroom cleaning i wont give them more then 7/10

Great value for price in Sidari

Room was big enough with all we need. Also kitchen has everything to cook meals. Owners are very very friendly and helpfull. Pool in accomodation was big advantage when you do not want to go to sea.

Little far from centre (20min walk) but not a big issue. Wi-fi connection in our room was weak. This is only one downside of this accomodation.

The room was very clean and well equipped. Place is located 15 minutes by walk from sidari town and the hotel is family friendly mainly and very good place for families having kids . The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us to rent vehicle and provide us with some extra products /equipment we need without extra charge. Mrs Soula was the best as she offered us many times to try her cooking and made us a nice Greek halva dessert . Highly recommending

- owners: very very friendly - laundry was done for free - kitchenette contained everything you needed, but she was very very small and not very clean - pool has a nice size

- pictures at booking didnot match with reality. we suppose pictures were from other building (allesandro apperments), while we stayed in Marilyn appartments - apparment was half size of we thought to have booked - bathroom: very small - shower gave very little cold water if others in the building took water as well - pitty to see that no investments to upgrade the building were done since many years

More than a holiday , this was an experience 💖

This holiday at Marylin and Allesandro apartments exceeded our expectations. It was more than a holiday , it was an experience 🥰We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. The owners Dimitri and Valacia ( sula) treated us like family from the moment we arrived . We have never been made feel so welcome on holiday. Without being intrusive , but with simple gestures and kindness truly go out if they’re way to ensure you have the best holiday. True traditional Greek hospitality is what you get here. Very multicultural, guests from around Europe, everyone felt at ease and relaxed and lovely conversations with other guests. The pool is fabulous with plenty of comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, a couple of hammocks , a 4 poster shaded bed, toys and facilities for kids. Sula will prepare you food , breakfasts are delicious and Greek salads to die for. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday,a week was not enough and we were sad to leave. Thank you Dimity and Sula, you are truly very special people. 🥰 We will be back Christine ( the nurse) , Danny , Conor and Kacey xxxx

Great value for money & a lot of facilities for kids

Great value for money. The best thing about the hotel are the pools, that offer fun for all ages and swimming abilities. The big pool varies from 1.1 to 3.6m deep and the kiddy pool has around 60-70 cm in depth. They are both very clean. The property also has a playground, hammocks, a pool table, a fussball table and all kinds of toys for the youngest guests :) The hosts are very nice and present all the time around the property. A special thanks to mrs. Sula, who was always helpful and smiling. She also makes great home-made cakes :)) We had an apartment with 2 rooms (1double bed in one room and 2 singles in the other), which was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our friends had a studio, which was cozy and spacious enough for a couple. The bathrooms are a bit small, but it did not bother us. The kitchen is well equipped. In the apartment we had a coffee machine, a hair dryer and even an iron&ironing board. Although the rooms are not modern, they are confortable and clean (the cleaning is done every day). They have a parking which can sometimes get pretty crowded, but we didn't have any incidents - everyone was very careful. The hotel is close to the beach (walking distance) and to supermarkets, taverns etc./a few minutes by car. We found an amazing tavern on the beach, in walking distance, that we also recommend (it's called The Wave - Sidari). Our entire family had a great time at Marylin Apartments 🙂

The water stopped from time to time, but when we were announcing the hosts, they were solving the problem (probably switching to another water source). The wi-fi was not working sometimes. The breakfast was not exactly our style (no buffet), but it's a matter of preferences. We suggest discussing the preferences with the hosts after arrival.

Perfect hosts

We stayed on Marylin apartments for 1 week and enjoyed the whole time. We met very welcoming hosts with perfect attitude. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with great balcony. We enjoyed very tasty breakfasts and nice swimming pool. Location on the side of Sidari was also a great choice.

Great place for families

The host is just great and made all passible to make our vacation great. Starting with the room that they gave us ( much better than we expected) and finishing with the family attitude they had. I would recommend this place for families with children, that want to spend time not only on sea beach but also, at the hotel pool.

Very pleasent stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Marylins. The hosts are frendly and helpful, they pick me up from the bus station when I arrived and showed me the main places in Sidari and also drove me to the bus station when I left. I have never experienced so kind hosts. They treated me like their own child, worried that I am feeling good there. The resort was very nice, very peaceful, with a pool. I had everything in my apartment: an ac, tv, fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and pots and pans. I strongly recommend this place!

Amazing hosts and nice location !!

The hosts, Sula and Dimitri are very frendly and helpful, if you need help they are there 24h a day. All staff who works there are incredibly kind. We got a studio at the ground floor with a terrace just in front of the big swimming pool, they also have great facilities for children. Location of Marylin appartment si 10 min walk to the beach and 15min walk to the Sidari center.
